We’re getting this error message on our zaps - 

Found 1 new Lead in Facebook Lead Ads.

Error message: Error while hydrating data from Facebook Lead Ads: The app returned "Unsupported get request. Object with ID '2015540195528756' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API docum… 

 

We have never had this issue before. I noticed it was flagged as bug with Zapier a year ago. Could someone please reach out and me know if this is a bug on Zapier’s end or an issue we need to fix? peter.karanicolas@mrisoftware.com

We are having the same issue - occurring across hundreds of Zaps all of a sudden. Started around 1.5 hours ago.


We are also facing the same issue since 1.5 hours from 12th September 2024.

Team Zapier, you need to look into this on urgent basis.

I’m  also having this issue, across all my lead forms. 


Same issue here. Our steps are getting the Facebook Lead ad and then to mail it. It fails with “Error while hydrating data from Facebook Lead Ads: The app returned "Unsupported get request...” and then I replay it which then successfully retrieves the lead, but then fails on the email step with the exact same message.

A widespread issue has been reported within the community today, where multiple Zaps are experiencing an error. While occasional timeouts are expected, the frequency of this particular error has become concerning.

After investigating, I discovered that this error is a common occurrence today. It appears to be related to a recent update in Facebook's Graph API that is requesting additional permissions. As a partner, Zapier should proactively address this issue by updating their system to accommodate the new requirements.

 


Good day Everyone. Same Issue occuring on our end. Multiple ZAPS are giving this error. We need to know how to fix this asap. Does anyone know if the Zapier support team is looking at this as we have n’t received an error status email.


 

we have the same problem...!! with all the leads blocked... who explains this to customers? Are these Facebook permissions? Does assistance exist in this damn program? every month there is a problem!

I have had the same problem for two lead forms and have contacted Zapier for both. Hoping a resolution is reached soon

 


Same issue here, I have around 20 zaps running at the moment and they are all stopping with this error! Clients are not happy. Have messages support. Please fix this asap

Same issue here: found a temporary solution for getting leads in our CRM.


TEMPORARY SOLUTION (Facebook Leads + email provider)

Go to Zap History, look for errored Zaps, open them in the editor.
Then fetch records in the step 1 of your zap, select the most recent one and hit continue.
Go to step 2 and test the step: it should send the most recent data to your CRM.

Same Issue. Spent an hour remaking the connector and questioning all the settings in facebook. came here and discover its a widespread issue. 

@zappier team, please resolve asap!
