Descript error. The app returned "Invalid request payload input".

I’m getting the same error trying to use Dropbox, Google Drive, and OneDrive and trying to feed descript the public or download that looks correct from the service..  If I were to venture a guess, I’d say that the Descript API that’s receiving the download links doesn’t like the fact that the download links are missing recognizable filename at the end… in my case that’d be .mp3.  All of these seem to just have long hash-y type filenames.  That could be entirely incorrect, but regardless I can’t find any combination info from these services that’ll successfully get Descript to start a transcript. Another attempt gave me this…

Zapier isn’t passing on Custom Field info anymore

I use Zapier to connect Gravity Forms to Asana. This had been working great until recently, I no longer can get my Asana custom fields to populate. The zap seems fine, I do see my custom fields listed on Zapier and they contain the info I want to pass on, but when I test or when a form is submitted that info doesn’t come through.If I add the same content to the description section in Zapier it comes though in Asana, just not if it is in the custom field.I even recreated the zap and a new Asana project from scratch just now to make sure something didn’t get mixed up along the way, but the new versions acted the same way.Has anyone else experienced this or have any tips?

Issue with Creating Stripe Payment Link

Shopify Pinterest Integration for Automated Pin Trigger

Hey guys,I’m trying to connect Shopify and Pinterest to automize pin posts when I upload (if possible current ones) a new product. However, it struggle to extract image from Shopify, for all image option it gives an error. Any way to solve this?Thank you

Send Outbound Email in Email by Zapier with a new PDF from a Dropbox Folder in Attachment

Hello,I would like to receive an email when a new file is saved to a Dropbox folder. The file that was previously saved in the folder should be attached to the email. I already get an email, just not with the file attached or with the wrong one. Can someone help me?Best regards

Salesforce tasks and opoortunity link

Hi, I want to link tasks with opportunities. E.g. when a new task is created for a contact, add a relation to the opportunities that belong to the initial contact. When testing the trigger, I see the opportunity ID is stored in WhatID but when I come to the action part and select Update (or create) Record in Salesforce with Task as the Salesforce Object, I cannot find the WhatID.

Issue with Paths Execution Order in Looping by Zapier.

Paths inside of Loop From Text I am currently working on a Zap that has a loop with paths nested inside of it. I have read a few articles on Zapier loops and they seem like they should execute similar to iterative loops in most programming languages: For example, in this case I would expect this Zap to execute as so:Using data from Iteration 1 → Attempt to execute Path A, attempt to execute Path B,Using data from Iteration 2 → Attempt to execute Path A, attempt to execute Path B,Using data from… etc. However, when I test this Zap, it seemingly runs in this order:Using data from Iteration 1 → Attempt to execute Path A,Using data from Iteration 2 → Attempt to execute Path A,Using data from Iteration 3 → Attempt to execute Path A,Using data from Iteration 4 → Attempt to execute Path A,Using data from Iteration 1 → Attempt to execute Path B,Using data from Iteration 2 → Attempt to execute Path B,Using data from… etc. This Zap is being used to create presentation slides and as a result of t

Freshdesk to Pipedrive | Create Notes in PD from Freshdesk Ticket

Hello, I’m trying to setup a Zap to insert data from Freshdesk into Pipedrive.I have my accounts linked but for some reason the data linked to the Freshdesk ticket is not showing up. I might be missing something but the requester email and requester company name are showing under the ticket but not when pulled in by the Zap. The reason I need this is to have a value to link to the Pipedrive deal to know which deal to insert the notes to. Any help is appreciated.

It’s impossible to get any help from Zapier support!! Below is a screen shot. I have tried everything to remove Microsoft Dynamics from Facebook Lead Ads Form. Delete the Microsoft Dynamics connection in Zapier  Rest the password  Removed Zapier access to Facebook And it’s still showing - Very annoying.  I simply want to create a simple automation - Facebook lead ads and Mailchimp and I cant.  Please help and would appreciate if someone from Zapier would ACTUALLY help me..  Andrewxxxxxxx@gmail.com

Click up to Google sheets no custom field data

Trigger: click up new task- Action: New row on google sheetsThis works fine but it doesn't pull through any of the custom fields, I can see the options but there is no data attached This is what I see on ZapierThis is what pulls through on sheets This doesn't happen for the Task Name which pulls through correctly ZapierGoogle sheets

Zengine error: “This field can't be set because all of its rules aren't matched” for 2 of the fields.

Hello,I have a zap where I want to take 3 fields from a Zengine form and have them populate the corresponding fields in another Zengine form. I actually had this zap up and working. Then someone changed the fields around and it stopped working. I went in, thinking it would be an easy fix, and I’m completely confused.I’m getting this error message: “This field can't be set because all of its rules aren't matched” for 2 of the fields. Here’s my issue, though. I’ve gone into the backend of both Zengine forms to look at these fields and their settings. On both forms each field is set to the same type and has the exact same settings/rules applied, but it still won’t work.Any ideas? Here is the full error message: The app returned `{"message":"Actual Awarded Amount/Value:: This field can't be set because all of its rules aren't matched.; Assigned Accountant:: This field can't be set because all of its rules aren't matched.; "} What happened: Executing creates.updateRecord.operation.perform w

Squarespace submission multi-picklist to Salesforce multi-picklist will not work

Currently have a multi select pick list in a Squarespace submission form. Not matter what combination I use for the formatter, and changing commas to colons and removing the spaces, the data will not plug into Salesforce. Is there a flaw with the system going to lightning?

Getting structured data out of webflow to populate UTM values

I’m trying to populate UTM values in systems (Intercom, Pipedrive) fed by a Webflow form.  I can successfully get data out of my webflow form that collects UTM values:data__utm_source:[site_source_name]data__utm_medium:[utm_medium]data__utm_campaign:[utm_campaign]data__utm_content:[ad.name] However, in my subsequent Zapier steps, I can’t reference those values to populate Intercom and Pipedrive.  What am I missing?  Why doesn’t this appear as a selectable value in the later steps?

Trying Automate ZohoMail to send an email when a tag is used

I’ve been trying to automate sending out review emails if an email is tagged with “closed ticket”, but this pops up every timeError while retrieving: The app returned `{"message":"groupResult\\x20Extra\\x20paramters\\x20given"} What happened: Executing triggers.newTaggedMail.operation.perform with bundle {"message":"groupResult\\x20Extra\\x20paramters\\x20given"} Console logs: ` as error, which we cannot read. I have also tried disconnecting Zapier from ZohoMail and successfully tested the connection.

Zapier stripping @ from Twitter handles

Similar to this post, I am having a problem with Zapier stripping the @ from Twitter handles,however, in my case I am not autoresponding, it just straight mentioning. When announcing a webcast, I post on WordPress and include the speaker handles in the post title. When this is relayed to twitter the handles get stripped defying the the whole point of the exercise. Example.Post https://isoc.live/16404/  Tweet   I understand that this maybe due to Muskery, but, basically, this means that Zapier is a dead loss. I will disable the zap and do this manually from now on.

ConnectWise API Accounts Constantly Losing Connection

Hey everyone!Can anyone assist me with this? For some reason my ConnectWise API creds keep erroring for one reason or another. I had to use personal user api credentials to get a proof of concept going but when I try to add new creds I get this no matter what I try. Please help! We use this for a ticketing system integration.

Zaps continuously firing when not supposed to

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Zaps are firing more than once, firing multiple times, and wasted my credits for tasks!I have some zaps for different clients that are set to respond to someone through gmail, after I give them a specific label. Basically when someone responds to an outreach email, I can label them in gmail as “Not Interested”, and then the Zap is supposed to send them a message saying something like “Oh sorry I though you would be, don’t worry you’re off the list now!” There are 5 different Zaps that do this, as I have 5 clients/emails I set this up for last night. When I went to be I had used about 14 tasks, and and this morning all my tasks are used up! All 750. It sent dozens of the same zap all night! Another weird thing is all the extra sends did not include a variable. You’ll notice in the pictures below, the message with th

What is the validity time of the link to a file uploaded using a ZAP to Dropbox?

I am using ZAPIER to integrate to dropbox. The process is as follows:Write file to dropbox folder with a specific file name (ZAP task) Get a link to the file added in step 1 above via ZAPIER and include the link in an email (ZAP task)My question: How long will the link I got via ZAPIER be valid for? To put some context into my question, I ran the process and the links expired within twently four hours.

Google Alerts in Slack - Redirect Notice when clicking article link

We have Google Alerts sent by Zapier to our organization’s Slack channels. When a Google alert comes through and a user clicks the link on their desktop it works fine. If a user is on the Slack mobile app and clicks the same link, it gives a Redirect Notice saying “The previous page is sending you to an invalid url.” I have not been able to find a fix for this.

MailerLite error: “Group not found.”

Hi, I hope someone here can help me!I am trying to setup a Zap between Quiz Maker and MailerliteClassic where a subscriber is added to a group depending on their quiz outcome. I have used the Quiz Maker field “Outcome Match Name” for the subscriber group and Mailerlite has a corresponding group for each of the possible outcomes.When I test the Zap, I get this error “Group not found”. I wondered if this could have been due to the groups having no subscribers at the moment so, I have added one to each but, the error still occurs.Does anyone have an idea as to what I have done wrong here? 🙏

Forwarded emails are coming out in code

I’m trying to set up a Zap that will take emails I’ve labeled in a certain way in Gmail and forward them to a single person so they can then read through them and process them on their end. I’ve built a Zap that is working as expected, and that is doing what I’d hope, but instead of just forwarding the email formatted as it came to me, it’s forwarding in source code. Is there a way to set this up so the forwarded email is HTML formatted and therefore easy for the recipient to read through?

SalesForce field not in the Action options

trying to bring company name from SF into Quickbooks when creating an invoice. The field has been in SF for weeks and I have “refreshed fields” in zapier multiple times.This is the Company name in SF this is the action step: there is no match in the drop down options.The field in not new in SF and I have refreshed multiple times - any other ideas?TIA

Airtable's 'Find Records' Not Supporting Multiple Line Items

My clients fill out a Cognito form that has a section for customer contact info. That information is submitted to Zapier as line items.  When I use the Create Records (with Line Item Support), everything works as it should. I have a separate record for each contact with the correct contact info for each.  In some cases I would like to check Airtable to see if one or more of the contacts are already entered and if not, create those records. HOWEVER, when I use the Find Records (with Line Item Support) it seems to be searching for the records as a string, and not as individual records. And since it can’t find any record matching that string, it tries to create a new record, but now only creates 1 record with the information for all contacts merged.  I hope I explained that carefully. I can’t figure out if my issue is with Cognito, Zapier or Airtable. HELP!
