Question

Zap issue fails with known error as per support when a new reaction is added to Slack trigger.

I have built a zap with the New Reaction Added in Slack. It worked and now it stopped. Support says that this is a known issue and no workaround. Not fully content with that answer. I did notice that last week the New Reaction Added in Slack trigger had a deprecated action so it looks like Zap just released a new one?

 

Anyone else having issue with this trigger?

Have you tried updating to use the newest Slack Zap app version for that trigger event?
