Unable to transfer personal folder to company folder in Dropbox due to missing arrow.

We aren’t able to move our personal folder to the company folder because the from Dropbox does not have the arrow to be able to pick the folder only the to Dropbox has the drop down feature

Create Google Doc Template and place it into new generated Folder

Hey there, I´m trying to automate my google folder creation + doc creation after creating a new record.Basically it should work like this:1 New Record in Airtable (Trigger)2 Find (or create) a Google Folder 3 Create Doc out of Template - (here I´m getting the error based on the new Google Folder ID)4 Update Airtable Strange thing is that the documents gets created in the correct folder but the zap is not able to continue and doesn´t give me the right information for my Airtable Update based on that.Thanks in advance

The contact name changed to owner ID in the Microsoft Excel update despite mapping correctly in HubSpot.

Hi, I’ve made a zap that automatically updates information from contacts from HubSpot to Excel.However, when the contact is updated, it changes the contact name to the owners ID. I have it mapped to contact name but doesn’t work.Can you help.Thanks

Google Drive upload isn't sending email and tested components to Gmail.

Hello Community, I created a zap that, sends an email to a specific email-address as soon as I upload a file on my Google-Drive folder. The Trigger is my Google-Drive account, that reecieves a file on my google drive on a designated folder right under ‘My Drive’. Subsequently, right after, the same account (Gmail) should send an Email notifying another account that the last file has been uploaded. Unfortunately, I am not recieving an email after uploading a file onto my Google Drive. I tested all of the components of my Zap successfully.  What could possibly be the problem?I keep on adding new functions mainly by zapier to fix this. I would be Happy for any Help.Have a nice weekend.

_zap_data_was_skipped Marketo to Zapier Catch Hook not providing data

Hello,I am trying to use a Catch Hook in Zapier to grab Marketo Lead Details. It is returning no data, I was hoping to use the Marketo ID to find a record in Airtable.  Is Catch Hook the best way to accomplish this? Or should I be using a Custom Action to try to grab Lead Details from Marketo?

Editor and creation issues - page not loading!

I’m at my wits end! I am unable to use the editor on anything. Each time I try to edit or create a new Zap the editor page never loads. It’s a blank screen. This has got to be an internal error. Help!!

HubSpot error: Stuck on 'Contact Owner' in Google Sheets integration

Hi all,  My two Sales people use a Gsheet to track leads, which I want to Zap directly into Hubspot.  The problem is, I get stuck on the Contact Owner, which is just refusing to play nice. Here is the sheet, for your reference:  sales man 1 is in red, sales man 2 is in yellow. Here’s the Zap I’ve designed:  Here’s the formatter:  Here’s the ‘Get Owner by email’:  Here is the troubleshotting issue I keep encounting:  How on earth do I fix this?? I’ve read all the posts I thought could help but none of them seem to, and I’m sure this is a very simple fix. What am I missing here? Thanks!!

Zoom trigger test issue: Outdated data and missing upcoming events

I’m working on a automation between Zoom and Team up. The goal is to create events on Team Up calendar according the new meetings on Zoom. The issue I’m facing is: when testing the trigger the data that is coming from Zoom is really outdated (meetings that already happened months ago). Does anyone know why the upcoming events that I have on Zoom wouldn’t show in this case? Is there is rule on what type of events would be get from Zoom (such as only recurring events or something like that)? Also, the outcome of the automation requires an “end date”, but from Zoom we get only the data regarding the duration of the call. Would that be a Zapier issue? I appreciate any help.

Freshdesk Integration Error: Missing requester email & name

Hello, I’m trying to do an integration with Freshdesk the relies on the emial address of the Ticket Requester, yet after setting up the zap, it shows “no data” in that field.  In Freshdesk the email is there and confirmed.  This is also happening for other fields such as Requester First Name…  Any help on this would be appreciated!!! Thanks.

Uploading Salesforce files to Google Drive, creating text instead of files.

I'm encountering an issue with my Zap where I aim to copy salesforce file (ContentDocument record) to Google Drive. Despite attempting various URLs, the document added to Google Drive appears as a text with the value of the field I am referencing to generate a doc at Google Drive.I have tried to give the download Link as a field: it generates a file with JS written on it.Documentation and articles show that the field indicated by something like this: file exists but not shown. but no field in Content Document/ Content Version says that.

Why doesn't Zapier's Shopify product creation include key data

While making a new product in Shopify from a zap it appears you’re unable to modify key data points, such as barcode, variant inventory, or weight. These are all essential items, and they show up in the test results.  This feels fairly basic, but isn’t included in the “Find Product” or “update product”. update allows for adding SKU and price but not these items. If you’re shipping and weight is created as 0 that’s a big deal. quantity is essential for the obvious reasons. Barcodes are essential for any shop with a retail location.  currently trying to work around this, but I’m beyond frustrated this doesn’t exist. Make has this included in their connections, and as someone considering moving from Make to Zapier this is pretty disqualifying. (screen cap of that included).

Instagram: Publish Photo - "Photo Field is missing"

I’m creating a custom GPTs.  I am a photographer.  I want to drag a photo into the GPTs, have it create a caption, then publish the photo and caption to Instagram and/or Facebook.  Everything is working fine, except when it tries to post to either platform, it comes back with “Photo field is missing”.  Since GPTs can’t seem to use the image I drag into it directly, I created a text document with all of the image file names from my portfolio, and gave that to the GPTs.  The first step I have the GPTs do is scan a Google Drive folder for the filename of the image I dragged into the chat, and find the file ID for it in Drive.  I then have the GPTs format the URL to be https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=FILEID  (This is the format that the Zapier help bot recommended).  The GPTs is then instructed to make the post in Instagram using the caption it created, and use the URL to put in the “photo” field for Instagram.  But it always sends back an error saying the photo is missing.

Repost on Medium No longer work

I have been using a trigger in Ghost and directly republish it to my Medium account for a while now. In January, I am getting this error: “Private App. This step uses a private app. In order to use it you must be invited by the app creator. This app is private and no longer available” Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

"Reply to Email Action" Shows up in inbox

This action works fine but the email shows up on the inbox as separate email. Is there a reason why it happens or is this something that cannot be stopped.  I attached an example below. Thanks!

LinkedIn error: Raw request failed. Problem executing your request. Error parsing response.

Î want to create a zap which searches for and connects with every user name, I add to a Google Sheet.Below you can see what Zapier suggested me and I connected Sheets and LinkedIn. However, when I test step 2 (settings below) I get an error message (see bottom screenshot). Is something wrong with the given url or parameter? And - once this works - how can I sepcify which of the resulting users to connect with, in case there is more than one result for a given name from the sheet?

Trouble Creating Memberpress to Salesforce Zap - Error Code 501

I am new to Zapier.  I have created a zap that triggers from the Wordpress plugin Memberpress and creates a contact record in Salesforce.  The zap is styled as an “upsert” meaning that a new record will be created only if an old one is not found, and if a record is found, it will be updated.  I have created the connections from Memberpress and to Salesforce.  I have tested them and they are working.  When I test the zap, I get this error: Failed to create a custom actions in SalesforceRaw request failed. Problem executing your request: Salesforce ran into an error. Error code 501: Not sure where to go from here.  Any help would be appreciated.

Squarespace form not available despite other forms displaying correctly.

Hello, I’m trying to create a Zap that is based on someone filling out a form on my Squarespace. My account is synced and I can see other forms I have on the list. But the one I am trying to create the Zap for is not on there. The form is created on a public page using a form block. Please help. Thank you

Gmail not sending email even though test says everything is working

I have a ZAP operating on my sight using a webhook and contact form 7. The contact form 7 gets the clients name and email and then I get an email to automatically send my attachment over. Tests has everything running correctly, but then gmail sends back an error code on my end. I also Have another ZAP that has multiple attachments which comes back internal service error. Attaching Screenshots for problem 1 then problem 2   Problem 2 - exact same set up except 3 attachments added to gmailThoughts?

Unable to Add New Facebook Leads to Flodesk Segments and requires existing email.

I am trying to create a zap so that "a new lead in facebook ads" is added to my flodesk segment so I can deliver a resource, however there is a note in zapier that says: Note: the email address must already exist in Flodesk, or this zap will fail. I’m confused, I wont have their email in the Flodesk yet, which is why I am creating this zap to get their email and name across automatically?

Attachment error with Airtable with two different apps: Stripe and esignatures

I have an automation that takes a signed contract from esignatures and attaches that signed contract pdf to the appropriate record inside an airtable base. This automation has worked for about a year. However, as of this month the automation no longer attaches a document. The document appears, then disappears. Oddly, I’m having the same issue with another base and a separate automation that is attaching a receipt pdf from stripe to the purchasers record in airtable. It does the same thing. Attaches then disappears. Anyone else having issues with this feature and suggestions on what I can do to get these documents to attach?

Trouble syncing updated Microsoft Outlook events to Google Calendar.

Hi. I am not able to update in Google calendar after update is done in Outlook calendar. When I try to find the post in Google, it does not. I do not know what search value to use or if I need to manually instert it in the zap that creates a new event in Google when a new is created in Outlook.

Why is this continuing? it clearly did not match one of the conditions

I want the path to continue if a piece of text does not contain a certain word.  In the screenshot we can see that the piece of text contained one of those words however it did not stop the path and still continued. Why? after reading some help articles it mentions that it should have stopped if one condition was not met. Any ideas,  am i reading this wrong.
