Wix Bookings not triggering MailerLite email (despite booking)

I am trying to create a zap from Wix to Mailerlite. When someone’s booked Wix session ends, I need the zap to trigger Mailerlite to send an email.When I set this up using the Bookings in Wix, it says I have no bookings in Wix but I have many. How do I get the trigger to find my bookings? Where is the Bookings in Wix pulling from within Wix?

Error message: The app returned "Too Many Requests".

Hi , I am running a Zap that inserts sales invoice and sales invoice lines into Xero. It’s been running fine for a month and then last night at c. 18:45 UK time I started getting errors that said “Too Many Requests” for some of the inserts, how can I avoid this happening?

I can't use Basecamp Next with existing Basecamp Account, but I already have Basecamp 2

When I tried to connect to my Basecamp account, Zapier replied with the following error:“You can’t use Basecamp Next with your existing Basecamp accounts. This app only works with Basecamp 2.”However, I am using Basecamp 2.3.14, the latest version.Any suggestions? Thank you.

Sending Email From Google Sheet - "No Data" Issue

Hi everyone, I am new to Zapier but made a lot of progress today setting up Email Parser and getting it to automatically input new lead contact info into a Google Sheet. My goal here is to not only have the new row created in Google Sheets but to now have an email automatically generated and sent to the contact for which the new row was created. Everything that Zapier needs in order to send the email is being pulled in from Email Parser EXCEPT for the body of the email, which needs to be custom based on what the client reached out to us about. I have no problem setting the Google sheet up to autofill in the text that I want in the body of the email. However, Zapier is consistently saying No Data in the body of the email (even if I type data into that column or have it autofill when the rest of the row generates) so it won’t let me complete the set up or send anything.I’m so close to having this work. Can anyone explain why everything else is working but the Email Body is giving me “No

Failed to create a lead event in Facebook Conversions

I am trying to set a ZAP to send lead data coming from ActiveCampaign to Facebook. I did with “Send Offline Event in Facebook Offline Conversions” action and it is working. But this is sending data to offline conversions which is not useful to active campaign optimization. But it shows that the trigger and data from ActiveCampaign works smoothly. I also wanted to add a second action with ”Facebook Conversions” action. It returned this error:Failed to create a lead event in Facebook ConversionsPlease verify if you have enabled Zapier partner integration on Events Manager as described at https://www.facebook.com/business/help/571704773472628. Buffer Zap fetch only low resolution thumbnail image

When I want to get a picture from the just sent Facebook post via BUFFER ZAP, the MEDIA PICTURE record contains the same URL address as the MEDIA THUMBNAIL record. So Zapier returns a very low resolution image.

Sharepoint error: We're having trouble loading 'Folder' data. undefined. Error code 404: 404 FILE NOT FOUND

Hello I am trying to connect a GoCanvas submission with a folder in Microsoft Sharepoint.I have tested the trigger and it shows connection. After that is done when I go to selecting a folder I am getting the following error message:  Unable to load choicesWe're having trouble loading 'Folder' data. undefined. Error code 404: 404 FILE NOT FOUNDI am trying to figure out why this is happening. I have attached screenshots hoping this will explain.

Unable to create Affinity note from GPT web search: Config issue?

I am building my own GPT to 1) perform a web search on a user entered keyword 2) have the user specify an organization by name to find an organization in affinity and 3) then add the results of that web search to affinity as a note. I continue to get the following error “To resolve this, I recommend reviewing and possibly adjusting the configuration of the Affinity integration in your Zapier account, ensuring that the parameters are correctly set up to accept and process the organization ID and note content” Here are the relevant steps in my configuration of the GPT. I have tried to be more specific to specify the exact parameter (Organization_ID) and data type (integer) according to the Affinity API docs but have had no luck: https://api-docs.affinity.co/#create-a-new-note///4. Ask the user what organization they would like to find in affinity. 5. Use the Zapier AI action "Affinity: Find an Organization".6. My Notion to Basecamp Zap creates then immediately delete ToDos

I have an integration between Notion and Basecamp that creates a ToDo in Basecamp and sends back the ID and URL to Notion when the ToDo is created.  Unfortunately, when I try to access the URL, it’s broken, and when I try to find the ToDo, it’s not there.  It’s almost as if the ToDo gets created, sends the ID and URL back to Notion, then immediately deleted. Any ideas why this would be happening?

Date format incorrect in data out (Zapier - Quickbooks)

Hi everyone Have an issue that I can’t seem to solve. I need the due date for invoices generated in Quickbooks to be calculated as -7 days from event date (i.e., customer needs to have paid everything 7 days prior to the event). I’ve used the formatter to calculate this - and the results are correct. In this example, the event date is 15th Feb 2024, and the Due Date is 8th Feb 2024. As you can see, I’ve also set the From Format and To Format as DD/MM/YYYY.   However, when I use the output from this formatter to the Create Invoice in Quickbooks step, the Data Out shows that Zapier (or Quickbooks?) has set the date format of this due date to MM/DD/YYYY instead?  I’ve already checked the date format setting in Quickbooks and it is already set to DD/MM/YYYY

Hi I am trying to connect my account for Google Groups but I keep getting this error message:“This auth is expired. Please reconnect it here.”The odd part is that this connection works if I use a different email/domain. Could it be because the domain I am trying to connect is a subdomain of another one?Any help would be great, thank you!

Problem Getting Gravity Form To Write to Google Sheet

I'm trying to set up a Zap to write a line to a Google Sheet when a Gravity Form is submitted. The form collects data used to register online for a course. I've done this successfully in the past, but for some reason, I just can't make it work this semester.  The Zap seems to be set up properly when the trigger is tested, but then when I submit a test Gravity Form, instead of the information on the test form being recorded on my Google Sheet, what's recorded is the sample data that I used to fill in the fields on the Zap (or at least what I thought was sample data to be used as a model for submissions so Google would know what kind of data format to expect). Example:  Data used when creating the Zap:  PO Box 509 Data used when filling in Gravity Forms test: PO Box 12 Date written on Google Sheet:  PO Box 509 What am I not doing or doing wrong or ...?

Trigger activation error

Hello everyone,we have created a set of Zaps to integrate ComX into our HubSpot. The Zaps translate negative, positive and neutral responses from ComX to the lifecycle status in HubSpot. One trigger was not initiated by ComX, as it should have been, but by an email forwarded by a ComX contact. The lifecycle stage was originally set to Lead when the contact record was created, as the contact was created from a conversation. Then, about 50 minutes later, the Zapier integration updated the stage and changed it to "No Interest". However, the email was not negative and most importantly was not directly from ComX. Can you please check the Zapier settings to see what is causing the trigger to activate in Zapier in this case?Best regardsToni

New Email Search Thread not returning value when published

I am trying to create a draft email in Gmail tied to email submissions coming in from a Scheduler.  So I built the Zap to use the New Email Search function and used the Subject of the email for it to search.  The thread works when testing the Zap.  It creates a Draft email on the right thread.  When I publish it I get an error saying The app returned "Requested entity was not found." and the error is on the Draft portion of the Zap.Anyone have any ideas?  I have two Zaps doing the same thing working in test erroring in publish.

Chatbot just keeps on dissapearing from Zapier Interfaces

I have made a Chatbot in Zapier, which is working fine, and there is a clear option to use and embed the chatbot in Zapier Interfaces and that works… for 10 seconds and then it immediatly dissapears again… Saying “no chatbot selected”. When I go and look at the configuration in intefaces, indeed my chatbot is not selected (altough I did selected it) anymore and one way or another it has created a new, additional chatbot as well…I tought I’d give it a try and just select that new chatbot and configure it again, but it just repeats the process...saying “No Chat  Bot Selected” in Zapier interfaces after 5 to 10 seconds or so… and what do you know it creates a new, empty additional chatbot every time… leaving me with 5 empty chatbots, which are trash and the one I created, which is working, but can’t keep it selected in Zapier interfaces...This is becoming very frustrating as we are a paying Zapier interfaces customer AND we are willing to pay for the chatbots as well but then they need to

KVCORE pulling old data to Constant Contact

I have successfully connected KVCORE to create a lead in Constant Contact but it's only recognizing old leads from 6/2023. It is not recognizing new leads as recent as today.  How do I get it to pull new leads?  I have deleted the Zap as well as created re-linked KVCORE and have not been successful. Thanks,

Incorrect data pulling across from Asana to Salesforce

I have set up a Zap that is triggered everytime a task is updated in Asana; when a date field is updated in Asana that date is pulled across into a date field in Salesforce. It was working beautifully when I set it up, but when I changed the date it said that the date format was invalid (even though it was exactly the same as before). The I picked another date (let’s call it date #2) and it worked. Then I picked another date (Date #3) and nothing changed. Upon looking at the logs, it is still picking up date #2. Is this a cache issue? It’s a very basic zap so I’m surprised it’s having so much trouble. Any ideas?

Zapier returns string of numbers rather than correct date

Hey there Zapioids,I’m getting an unusual problem with “Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” - see attachment “A”. Using “Date Day”, followed by a slash, “Date Month”, followed by a slash, “Date Year”, was at first adding today’s date correctly to my spreadsheet, as expected.Then all of a sudden it instead started adding the value “45306” instead - see attachments “B” and “C”.Any idea why this is occuring? Or if not, do you know another way to get Zapier to enter today’s date into a Google Sheets cell? I’m using the free version of Zapier.Thanks very much.

When Creating New Matters in Clio, the app returned "You don't have permission to view custom fields.".

I logged into clio's admin account (which is supposed to have full control in terms of creating new contacts/matters) in zapier but I am getting below error whenever I try to create new contact or matter. (Creaing new activity works fine though.) "You don't have permission to view custom fields" How can I fix this?

Action process - which Filename with extension and file do I have to enter?

Hello,at Zapier at 2nd step Action, which filename with extension and underneath file do I have to enter in required fields of Zapier. I do not understand what Zapier wants from me. :-)I want to create a Zap, where incoming invoices which I manually pass to my One Drive folder, will be forward automatically by Zapier to my Lexoffice account. Trouble integrating Act! premium cloud and Zapier

Trouble Connecting Zapier to Act!tried a few things from other posts.I have opened up pop ups for the individual site and also temporarily allowed all pop ups to assure that wasn’t the issue. Why some of my zaps don't have a "Run Zap" option?

I wonder why some of zaps do not have a “Run Zap” option to allow me to manually trigger the automation. For example, I created a zap that has 10 steps. The tigger is “Schedule by Zapier”. Some of the actions include “HubSpot Custom Actions”, Loop, Formatter, and Filter. Any thought? Thank you,Edmund
