My Zap is not moving past the filter, what have I done wrong please


The filter successfully stopped your run. I am not sure where I have gone wrong here. I have selected the filter to only continue if it matches the product name so not quite sure why it wouldn’t move to the next step? Hope this makes sense. Any help would be very much appreciated. Many thanks

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap Filter step is configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.
