Microsoft Outlook Error on Event

Hi Team,

We are encountering an unexpected error when creating or updating events in our system. Below are the details:

Flows Affected:

  1. Event Creation SFDC → Outlook Event 
  2. Update (Date Change) SFDC → Outlook Event 
  3. Update (Agent Change) SFDC → Outlook Event 

Error Details:

Error Message 1:
Getting Outlook error - The specified object was not found in the store.

Error Message 2:
Unable to retrieve the list of events: The specified object was not found in the store.

Could you please assist in identifying and resolving this issue? Let me know if any additional information is required from our side to facilitate troubleshooting.

Hi ​@AudreyLwddd,

It sounds like the issue might be related to the From Email address in your Outlook step.

To send emails from a shared email address, the connected Outlook account needs to have permissions to send emails as the (shared) email address. It may be that the account lost these permissions.

Please ensure the account has the necessary permissions, and let us know if you continue to encounter these errors.
