I have set up a Zap to create a card on Trello every time a form is submitted on Squarespace. Despite tests working and zap history showing “successful” runs, no cards are being created on Trello. Any advice is much appreciated.

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Check Zap step 2 for the DATA IN/OUT for the Trello step to see the Trello Card ID that was created.
