Sorry to hear you’re getting that error when attempting to connect to your WordPress account. That type of error when connecting a WordPress account is most commonly due to a WordPress plugin or the web server’s security settings blocking Zapier’s access. So we recommend disabling each plugin temporarily, one by one, to determine which plugin is causing issues.
I’d also suggest contacting your website’s administrator/hosting provider to see if there’s any security rules or settings enabled that might be preventing Zapier’s access.
If the above doesn’t work then it would be best to reach out to our Support team here to see if they can get any more information from error logs to better determine what’s causing the connection to fail.
