WordPress error: We hit an error adding your account, authentication failed

I have an appliance company.

I use jobber for my CRM.

I’d prefer to have all my clients in one place. Since it costs money to zap to Quickbooks, I figured I should zap from Ebay (where I sell parts) and my website (where I sell appliances and parts), directly to Jobber.

So basically after someone pays in one of these these platforms, it will zap that client info , including their name, email , address , what they bought , how much they paid , including taxes.

-With Ebay, I’m not sure what to do with the create client process , in the configure stage, I’m not sure how to automatically have it take each invoice info. I can put an individual sale but I want to happen automatically.

-With Wordpress, I tried to connect my account but I get the following error:

Please advise.

Thank you
