Jira Software Cloud: Unable to update issue

Hi, This is about the Jira Software Cloud integration. I’m finding recently updated Jira issues as a trigger and using a regex to modify the urls from a customfield. Then I send back this result in a different custom field The results from this operation seem to work correctlyWhen updating the same record I found, there are some required customfields. In this case, both these customfields and issue key are filled out with the object data found in the first place, so I make sure they are not empty. As an example: This is the error: I suspect this might have something to do with customfields being required and depending on other customfields, but there are literally hundreds of them. Would setting ALL the customfields in Jira as “not required” solve this issue? Any other quick fixes you can think about?Also, is there any other action apart from “Update an issue” that allows you to edit issues without having to fill out any required fields? I only need to update one field, maintaining the

Unable to Connect Google Sheets in Team Drive on Zapier.

I’m having trouble connecting google sheets that are in Team Drive, they do not appear as a sheet in the dropdown.Zapier says to check a workaround but the link doesn’t lead me to the workaroundI’ve worked with another zap in another account where I’ve seen this work, but can’t find how on my own. Does anyone knows how I can do this?

OneDrive Links from Zapier Not Working for Shared Users

I've got a Zapier setup that makes a folder in my OneDrive and then puts the link on my Notion page. But, for some reason, when others try to open the OneDrive link from Zapier, it doesn't work. It's weird because when I share links straight from OneDrive, everything's fine. I'm trying to figure out why the links from Zapier aren't working right.

Formspark -> Gmail (business) not working, but works in tests.

Hello, I have a Formspark on my website’s homepage. www.helloconduit.comMy goal is to have every person who fills out that form to automatically receive an email from my business gmail account. I created a zap, which uses “new submission” from sparkform as the trigger then sends the email. It works fine during testing where new submissions are pulled into the zap editor UI and the email is correctly sent from my business gmail. When I launch it, it fails to work. There’s no evidence of formspark receiving new submission and I receive no emails.  Could someone help me debug this?

SysAid to DevOps Abnormal Delay

I’ve created a new Zap that triggers on SysAid creation and creates a new DevOps ticket in response. It does correctly input a new ticket however the delay is significant even though the trigger is labelled as instant. The time difference between the SysAid ticket being submitted and the DevOps creation was 4 hours long. I am on the free trail version if that helps.

Doorloop "Tenant Moving out" trigger issue

I’m attempting to use the doorloop trigger of “tenant moving out.” I have the trigger set to 20 days before move-out. When I run the test, Zapier is pulling records that are not within that window.  Record A: moveOutAt2023-06-30 Record B:moveOutAt2023-07-31 Record C:moveOutAt2023-10-31 I have a tenant moving out in 16 days and his record is not shown. It seem like Zapier is parsing the wrong data. Can anyone help with this?

Shopify multi line - "The merchandise variant referenced by this term condition could not be found"

I am unable to create a draft order in shopify with multiple products on the same draft. It works if I only have one item per order. So, I know all my Product IDs are correct. When I try to add multiple Product IDs I get the following error: “The merchandise variant referenced by this term condition could not be found.”I have tried listing the product IDs in the custom Product Line Item asan array: [12345, 23456, 34567 ]as a JSON format: line items: [ {id: ‘12345’, ‘23456’, ‘34567’}]and by using a Javascript output for line items with a similar structure as the JSON format above.

I am getting this error when sending a stock file to the zapier email adress. When the test file is sent, everything works. But when I send my own document, it doesn't.

Uploading to GDrive failed after successful "Send API Request for Dall-E 3" action

Hi All, I’m hitting s hard-wall on what I’m trying to achieve: I’d like to generate an image with Dall-e 3 and upload it on a GDrive.Since I don’t seem to have the dall-e 3 model available in the send prompt, I used Troy’s suggestion (Here) and used the API Request, with all correct parameters. As a matter of fact I got the the 200 response code and the URL on the Azure Blob (https://oaidalleapiprodscus.blob.core.windows.net/private...etc etc). The issue comes with step 2 (i.e. Upload on GDrive). When I enter the previous URL (i.e. “Response Data Data URL”) in the Gdrive - Upload action, it doesn’t work and I get the following error: “Failed to create an upload file in Google DriveThe app returned "Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.".“ Can someone please help me figuring out what’s missing?Many thanks in advance,Alex

Zapier not finding new Discord users?

Hi there, zapier isn’t finding new discord users who join my discord? The most recent ones it pulls are from 2021? Btw, the zap hasn’t been activated yet, so it’s not like it’s ignorning people who have joined recently who have already triggered the zap.

Zapier not pulling data from Clickup custom field

I am trying to set up a Zap from Clickup to Brevo.When someone completes my contact form (which is a Clickup form) and becomes a task I want them to be automatically added to Brevo as a new subscriber/ contact. I have set up the Zap but it is saying: Failed to create a contact in BrevoError from halted execution: Unable to get data. Unknown error type. I don’t know if this is because the email address is in a custom field. I have mapped it out on the Zap but it’s still not pulling it through. Can anyone help?

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hey guys, Trying to set up a GPT assistant that can automatically add information from a receipt into the appropriate fields in the Google Sheet I provided it. Everytime I try to have it add the information in, I run into the problem of “Action is not enabled”. I double checked the code to make sure it has the correct action for the confirmation link, and that it is enabled. Both of those are done, why does it keep telling me its not enabled when the action clearly is. Anyone find a soluton to this yet?

Pipedrive error: This feature requires a new permission. To use it, reconnect your Pipedrive account.

I am currently setting up a new Zap that updates Leads in Pipedrive based on a Calendly trigger. The zap is supposed to update the existing lead with the name of the AE and SDR that booked the meeting. All the steps are well-tested and work fine, I can find the AE, BDR, and the lead.However, when I arrive at the step “Update Lead”, I get this error when testing or running the Zap using the trigger: “Failed to create a lead in Pipedrive: This feature requires a new permission. To use it, reconnect your Pipedrive account.”I am currently using an account that is both admin on Zapier and Pipedrive. I am also using the same account for multiple other Zaps that work just fine...Has anyone encountered a similar error or knows the solution? I will appreciate it as I hit a wall here.Thank you!!

Zoom Meetings are off by 2 hours for some users

We’ve had a Zap workflow working for years without issues. Lately, some users have reported that Zoom meetings that are created via a Zap are off by exactly 2 hours. Eg, the start time of the meeting is 2pm yet the meeting is Zoom starts at 4pm.We pull the start time from a field in Airtable that is a simple text field with a value like ‘2:00 PM’. Again, this has worked fine for years yet something has changed that is causing this and I’m struggling to figure it out.Any suggestions for things to try? Thanks if anyone has some ideas for me to explore.

Trouble linking Luna lead to company in Teamleader Focus via Zapier: Invalid UUID and No Contact Found.

I created a campaign with 4 steps. trigger: new lead in Luna  Create contact in teamleader focus  create company in teamleader focus link contact to company in teamleader focus I am facing issues with the last step. When testing, I consistently encounter two different troubleshooting errors: The first one occurs when I select 'Select the company, first name, and last name via Get Luna' in the Action. After this selection, I receive the error message 'ID invalid UUID.'  The second one occurs when I select the data ID from Teamleader'. Then, I get the error 'no contact found for ID...'How can I fix these troubleshoot errors? Thanks in advance!

Google Sheets Trigger Can't Find Files In Connected Google Drive

I am designing a Zap with the trigger “New Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets”. I have selected the correct app and event, I have linked my correct Google account, and then I get to Trigger. It requires me to select a spreadsheet from a dropdown. That dropdown does not show the ONE file in My Drive of the linked Google account. It just shows recent files that were SHARED TO the linked Google account.

Printavo error: The app returned, "Unable to find that resource, the ID could be incorrect."

I am trying to create an automation to Update Quote/Invoice Status in Printavo but I am running into some errors. I don’t know why there are errors on it.    Here is the error: It says incorrect ID however I double checked all IDs and cross referenced it inside Printavo and they are all correct. Is there anyone having the same issues?

HubSpot-JIRA Comment Sync Issue: Updates Not Reflecting in Real Time

I've established the connection between HubSpot and JIRA. Whenever a new ticket is created in HubSpot, JIRA generates a corresponding ticket with the configured details. However, there's an issue with real-time synchronisation of comments. Updates made in JIRA tickets are not reflecting accurately in HubSpot and vice versa.

ShipBob tagged as PrivateApp when using team member account

I am currently using 2 accounts, 1 owner and 1 team member (my own account).To tighten our account security, I will only use the account tagged as team member. I have shared all the zaps but I am currently having issue wherein ShipBob is currently tagged as PrivateApp when using my own account (team member). Hope you can assist me in troubleshooting this.

CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager, but nothing works

Hi all I have been dealing with this on and off for nearly a year. The Zap (or even other CRMs) will setup completely fine but it wont ever fire. Do the Lead Ads Testing Tool > Get “CRM access has been revoked from Lead Access Manager” 103 Error Redoing the connection doesn’t fix anythingNow here’s the two major issues I get stuck at. I’ll run into one of these issues.Going to Business Manager > Integrations > Leads Access > Select Page, I don’t have the CRM tab on the account. (see screenshots of an account that is fine, and another account that doesn’t have the CRM tab.) IMPORTANT: We have many accounts that don’t have this CRM tab but work completely fine. Going to Business Manager > Integrations > Leads Access, the page isn’t listed there. IMPORTANT: We have many accounts that aren’t listed here but work completely fine.If anyone has cracked the code here I’d love some help; thank you!

Zap from ConvertKit Form not receiving data from dropdown fields

Hello!I am creating a zap that is meant to be triggered when a specific ConvertKit form is submitted.This ConvertKit form includes short text form fields (Such as First Name, Last Name, email, etc), and dropdown selection form fields. (For example, “Language” with the two dropdown options: English, Español).The test data that Zapier does include the data from the text form fields, but doesn’t grab any data at all from the dropdown fields. (Neither the existence of the dropdown field itself, nor the data within it)Note that every field on the form is a required field. The only difference between each field is some are text fields and others are dropdown fields. In ConvertKit, dropdown fields work by assigning tags. In other words, whatever option someone picks in a dropdown field in a ConvertKit form will be added to them as a tag.Has anyone else run into this? Or anyone at Zapier available who knows a way we can get the dropdown form data into the Zap?Thanks so much!Jacob

Custom Contact Attribute Not Showing in Zapier for ClickFunnels Action

Hello,I'm trying to set up a Zap that triggers when a new row is added to Google Sheets, and in turn, creates or updates a contact in ClickFunnels. I've created a custom contact attribute in ClickFunnels ("Verb / Noun") to segment contacts, but this custom field is not showing up in the list of available fields within the Zapier action.Here's what I've done so far:Added the custom contact attribute in ClickFunnels. Attempted to map this attribute in Zapier when setting up the action for ClickFunnels. Looked for a "Refresh Fields" option in Zapier, but the new field still doesn't appear.I need to segment contacts based on this custom attribute to send targeted emails. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get Zapier to recognize this new custom contact attribute from ClickFunnels?Any advice or troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated!Thank you!
