Eventbrite registration Zaps are not being triggered.

We changed our Zapier account email details today and since then our Zaps are not working. 

Our Zaps trigger when a new attendee is registered on Eventbrite. After changing the Zapier account email address, we tested our active Zaps with multiple registrations on Eventbrite, however these registrations are not passing through to Zapier. We cannot see them in hour Zap history.

We have tried to troubleshoot by:

  • Deactivating and Reactivating the Zaps
  • Cloning the Zaps
  • Creating new Zaps
  • Going to Zapier / Apps and reconnecting to Eventbrite and all our other apps, making sure we are connected to the master Eventbrite account
  • We reconnected webhooks on Eventbrite

Can anyone help please?
