This post was split from the topic:

Getting the same error when trying to configure an API Request (Beta) step with Zoho Workdrive.

Best answer by ericgranata

This has been resolved. The solution required Zapier team to account for a new URL that Zoho is using for APIs. I can confirm my Workdrive step is working now. Hopefully the rest of the Zoho integrations get the same solution.

Hi @ericgranata 👋

Hope you don’t mind but we’ve moved your reply out into it’s own topic since it relates to a Zoho Workdrive API Request action instead of Zoho Books Custom Action.

Can you share a screenshot showing the current setup of that API Request action so we can take a closer look to see if there’s anything on it’s setup that might be causing some trouble? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

And can you also confirm the full error message you’re seeing? I’m assuming the error you’re seeing doesn’t mention “.books.zoho.com” if you’re attempting to connect to Zoho Workdrive but wanted to double-check to be certain.

Thanks, I look forward to your reply!

Here’s the full error: https://share.promopilot.io/z8u98b7X

Here’s the full step configuration: https://share.promopilot.io/rRudlzPA

Over the weekend, Jen on the Zapier team responded to a ticket I submitted regarding this error. Once we’ve sorted it out there, I can respond to this thread with the result – for posterity.
