This is a known quirk of the Gmail integration. The email will be sent from the primary email address if the From Name contains a comma or a colon.
If you can remove the comma from the From Name, the email should correctly be sent from the alternate.
Please give this a try and let us know if the issue persists.

I even tried removing the From Name altogether, and still no luck.
