ClickUp Integration doesn't pull through all workspaces


I have created successful Zaps with Clickup but when selecting a Workspace, only two of my three workspaces are displayed!!

Try these:

  • Check your Workspace permissions and settings in ClickUp
  • Refresh the Zap
  • Refresh the Zap field
  • Reconnect your ClickUp account to Zapier: https://zapier.com/app/connections
  • Map the Workspace ID in the “Custom” option via the [...] button

I haven’t tried this yet as such, because I am the owner of the Click-up account and there are no settings on the Workspace which make any sense to change.!  

 

Any idea what permissions this might relate to?

Thanks for the update here.

Before we dig deeper into this, could you please try inputting the Workspace ID to the “Workspace” field in the ClickUp step as a custom value?

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
