Problem with creating Invitation in Trustpilot

Hi,

I’m encountering an issue with creating invitations in Trustpilot. Communication was tested and found to be correct, and the configuration is properly set up. However, when I check the "Run Details" and review the "Data Out" section, the status from Trustpilot is that invitation is not sent.

 

Could you help me identify what might be causing this? Additionally, could this issue be related to the specific plan purchased for our company’s Trustpilot account?

Hi ​@Lucja,

Are you trying to use the customer sender option in Trustpilot for this? You need to have a paid account in Trustpilot to use this option.

 

If you do have a paid account, it’s possible that the ‘notsent’ status is shown while the invitation is still being created. For example, if Trustpilot are having latency caused by a high volume of requests, the invitation may take some time to be sent. This will result in the status showing as ‘notsent’ in the Data out of the action, but the invitation may still be sent after some time.
