I can't connect Typeform report to my Outlook email

Hi Guys! I’m trying to connect Typeform report to my Outlook account with Zapier but once I click on ‘Test trigger’ the system show me this message:Unable to pull entriesPlease reload the page. If the issue persists, troubleshoot error or contact Support.Error code: Error while retrieving: The app returned "Endpoint not found". Maybe is a stupid step that I don’t understood because I’m just a new entry for Zapier. Someone can help me??.. Thank you very much!   😊 Eddy.

New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets NOT finding new records.

Hello, I am currently working on a Zap that takes long URLs from a Google Sheet, sends them to bit.ly to shorten them, then sends them back to the same spreadsheet. The initial prototype worked with no issues but it no longer works. The problem is the trigger: New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets. I am still building the Zap but it is not pulling new records for me to work with. When I update anything in the specified spreadsheet column, nothing triggers. (Blurring trigger column because it contains company info) The last three records are updates to rows 997, 998 and 999 - it’s almost like these rows are recorded because they were created (because they’re the last three rows on the spreadsheet).  I have tried:Recreating the Zap from scratch Going back to old Zaps where this trigger did work, it no longer does Recreating the Google Sheet Reconnecting my Google AccountAny help would be greatly appreciated. I should note that I have not published this app, I am on the free pla

Why are my Zaps auto turning off?

I turned on a zap and it says "on" but when I tested out the zap (not via "test the zap" but instead from actually running it live) it didn't work. I went back to my page with the zaps and refreshed the page and it shows "off" but I didn't turn it off. Why is this happening? Is Calendly considered a premium zap?

Unable to filter Zapier users by role that needs Editor/Contributor for Mailchimp tags.

I am unable to select users by role. Default Wordpress users are administrator which is present but not editor or contributor. Unlitimatly I am trying to tag Wordpress users buy role in Mailchimp .

LearnWorlds error: The app returned "School not available to this user"

I have a zap for each LearnWorlds account I am going to integrate with.   The first zap works perfectly.     The second zap is a carbon copy of the first zap.     When I’m updating the trigger of the second zap for the 2nd LearnWorlds account, it had the LearnWorks connection info from the 1st zap.   OK, probably doing this to help most people.    However, when I change the 2nd zap trigger and select “+ Connect a new account”, it requests the LearnWorlds school id (good), but fails without asking for username and password (the error is “School not available to this user").   It seems like it is using username/password from the 1st zap trigger.Any thoughts?On this second zap trigger, want what to connect to a different LearnWorldsAfter entering the second LearnWorlds School Id, normally I would have to enter a user and and ppassword.But if fails without asking me for username and password.

TeamUp Calendar triggering on wrong subcalendar.

Hi,I use “Event start in Teamup calendar”. I select a subcalendar : However, I got sometimes event from an other calendar which get fetch up. It sounds to a bug to me. I tried many refresh, but I always got the same events. For now, only recurrent full day events from other calendars seems to be triggered.The wrong one : The good one :

"File: (exists but is not shown)" in Google Drive isn't showing up.

I have lots of zaps setup where I have a pdf upload into Google Drive, then in a subsequent step, I add the same pdf to an attachment field in Airtable. I could use the previous google drive step and find the “File: (exists but is not show)” for the Airtable Attachments field. Tonight, when attempting to do the same thing, I was forced to update to a newer version of the Google Drive step. Now I am no longer seeing this option for “File: (exists but is not show)”.

Triggers not working until testing

Hello everybody,We have a zap connecting Air.ai to GHL to send text messages. When putting it into action it sometimes works, but sometimes it doesn’t. If I go to the zap and “Test” the trigger, it actually activates the zap and sends the SMS. Has anybody else faced this issue? I tried seeing if I could reduce the polling interval, but I don’t see a way to do so on my zap.Any help would be appreciated.

No corresponding action in HubSpot to send an email.

There’s a trigger for “new entity records added in Magentrix” but I don’t see any corresponding action that would tell Hubspot to send an email, or to tell Hubspot something that could fire up a workflow.

Failed to create a contact in HubSpot Error from halted execution: Property values were not valid

Im receiving data from another program and the second step is Hubspot. I’m using the Create or Update Contact in HubSpot.When testing I get the error below. I tried using a Text Formatter and still received the same error. Failed to create a contact in HubSpotError from halted execution: Property values were not valid validationMessages: - email: Email address gjohnson@somemechanical.com,tsmith@somecompanyervices.com is invalidI substituted different email addresses but its pretty much that same format.  Ive noticed others having similar problems with the Create or Update Contact in Hubspot step. The emails are being passed correctly with no weird character or spaces.I could really use some help on this one. Come to my rescue Zapier Community 😖

WIX from not pulling through when creating a Zap

Hi, Making a very simple Zap to pass WIX form data to FLG. Everything is setup ok, but when making the zap, zapier only brings up a default WIX form and not the one WIX has submitted. None of the field names matched, so I can’t map them to the FLG fields needed. As a work around, I tried changing the field names on my WIX form to match some on the default form zapier found, and this partially worked - some data did go to FLG (first and last name, email and phone), but some other text fields were left blank.  But the real issue is why doesn’t my form show on the ‘test’ section of setting up the WIX part of the zap. I assume if it did, then mapping the fields to FLG would work fine. I’ve checked the submission table and email sent from the form in WIX and all the data/fields are correct there. I’ve looked online, and enabled dev mode in WIX as this is mentioned as helping, but made no difference. Any ideas anyone? Thanks.

Empty file after receiving the file from Google Drive's folder

Hey folks!I’m creating a Zap to listen for new audio files in my Google Drive folder and transcribe them usinG Open AI, however, I faced with some very odd behaviour, as the response from Step 1 has a bunch of metadata about the file except the file itself…I was trying different formats: wav, mp3And different types: audio, pdf, etc.I’m just can’t get the file, I was trying to add as a step 2 a little hack to find a file by it’s ID or name using Google Drive, but the same issue, it finds the file with a lot of metadata except of the file…I really stuck with that, if some of you know how to fix that issue, I will be incredibly grateful for this!!

Hi ! I want to trigger an action when an item is updated in a Notion database. The zap works fine when I manually update an item. But it doesn’t work when an item is updated by a Notion automation. Is there a way to make it work ? Thanks !

Chatbot Does not map fields well

Shopify order link mismatch: Clicking the product name leads to the wrong item

Whenever a new row is added to our Google Sheets, I’m looking to have a new order be created on Shopify. I’ve set it up like the following:  The product name in the Google Sheets matches the product title that is in Shopify. And I have no issue creating an order in Shopify, however when I click the product name on my Shopify orders, it is redirecting to a different product.  Any way to resolve this?

For recurring Zoom webinars, don't see "registered for" date available

We have recurring training webinars, one every two weeks. Users can register for any available date. I want to send the ‘registered for’ date in a zap to ActiveCampaign. The zap between Zoom and ActiveCampaign is set up and works to add or update Contacts with the webinar info, but it’s not known which webinar the user registered for, which is needed to send reminders, send follow comms, and measure success.

Trouble with removing "Complimentary" status for cancelled subscriptions in Ghost via Zapier

Hi,I want to automate Subscriptions via Ghost.I can Subscribe them, but when a cancellation is done, i cant delete the “Complimentary” Status via Zapier. I can select “false”, but the user stays active in this Status.How can i fix that?Thanks!Christian
