Hey guys - we are getting notifs from G2 that people are filling out our product form on G2 and it appears in tests in Zapier but it doesnt appear in Zap Runs, so we cant action on this data… Could someone please help?

If there is no Zap Run activity, then check/try these:
- Check your G2 Zap app connection: https://zapier.com/app/connections
- Try working with G2 Support for help with their Zap app integration

You can try to get confirmation from Zapier Support about who owns the G2 Zap app integration: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
If G2 owns their Zap app integration, and the issue is with G2, then G2 would need to fix their issue.
