Hi together,

 

I have the following zap:

Check new review for Google Business Profile → 30 Min delay → Write Answer to that review → for certain rating send e-mail or reply directly. It work like 90% of the cases. Like every 5th review is not answered. It seems, the review is not triggering correctly. If I edit the zap and search latest data however, I can find the review. What is the issue here? I do have 40+ different locations, all setup the same way.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity and errors/issues with the Zap Runs: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

Check if you have the correct Location set in the Zap trigger step.

 


@Troy Tessalone The Zap does just not run for specific reviews, there nothing is in the Zap history, no error/issue.

Did you confirm you have the correct Location set?

Perhaps there is something about the review that did not fire that is similar? (e.g. junk/spam)

It looks like you’ve reached out to our Support Team about this and they replied with a suggestion. I’ll share details of the suggestion here in case it’s helpful:

Thank you for the screenshot. Looking at the date of the review, it appears that this is just outside of the time we store data in our internal logs so I am unable to see why this may not have triggered the Zap. It's tricky to work with that information as it's over 7 days old, and we only keep detailed logs for 7 rolling days. If you could send a more recent example, we can continue investigating our logs!

If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
