When download URL-s are being passed to File fields in Zapier, the URL needs to be public. If access to the URL is private, then Zapier will not be able to fetch the file.
The issue you’re experiencing (where the URL is uploaded as a text file) happens when the URL is invalid or inaccessible.
If the download URL of the file is private, can you make it public and try again to see if the file will be uploaded correctly?
Hi PavelZ, thank you for answering. I have “Allow cloud recording sharing” turned on on my Zoom settings. Do you know if there is anything else I should modify to make the recording file public?

To start, in the Sharing settings of the recording, you’ll want to set the access to Everyone with the recording link. In addition to that, you’ll want to ensure that passcode is disabled.
