Troubleshooting Lofty seller leads export to Homebot

Hello, I am trying to set up a Zap to export seller leads in Lofty to Homebot.  I did a test lead and it worked, however I can’t seem to get any of the other leads, even new leads to go over.  I’m wondering if there is anything I need to do in Lofty to get this to work.  I’m on a broker account and am unable to get team permissions.  Wondering if this is not possible due to my lofty set up, or if I have the Zap set up incorrectly?

Hi @D.Brown

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

@D.Brown

Help link for using Lofty in Zaps: https://help.lofty.com/hc/en-us/articles/360054865532-Zapier-Integration

Lofty Zap triggers are instant.

So if you aren’t seeing Zap Runs history activity, then it may be related to your Lofty Zap app connection or settings in Lofty.

Check Zap app connections here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Try reaching out to Lofty Support for help with their Zap app integration and how it relates to your connected account in Zapier.

@Troy Tessalone Thank you for the quick response, I’ll call Lofty again, I think it may be my settings, however I can’t explain how my first test zap worked when setting up the workflow.

@D.Brown

Some Zap trigger steps return representative records or dummy records to allow you to configure your Zap action steps.

@Troy Tessalone  I see, that makes sense.  Thanks again
