Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward that matches the trigger step event and conditions.

Zap trigger: GContacts - New Contact

Checks for new Contacts every 2 minutes.

Existing Contacts will not trigger the Zap.

Thanks and how to make Existing Contacts send too as well?

Use this Zap trigger: GContacts - New or Updated Contact

You would then need to update existing GContacts to get the Zap to trigger.

Thanks, I did it as you indicated .. So this is for add new contacts - send existing contacts - and when  delete contacts right?

No trigger for deleted Contact.

Thanks till now nothing  change on G ads  will wait few days and see .. No idea how long it takes

At the moment, Zaps are only built to look at new and incoming information, and won't process existing data. You can read a bit more about this here: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/why-isnt-my-zap-triggering-on-existing-records

This means that data created before the Zap is turned on won't be pulled in automatically. 

That said, if you're able to export that data as a spreadsheet or CSV file, you may be able to "import" them using a separate Zap. This guide has some great visual references for getting that workaround set up:
