Zillow to Kommo zap test issue

Hi everyone.
I set up zap for Zillow → Kommo, but I can’t proceed with test, because of:
1. Zapier says: To confirm your trigger is set up correctly, we'll find recent contacts in your account:
Zillow Tech Connect
2. I try to add a contact in Zillow, but it’s not allowed to make contact with this First or Last Name (I tried different options, like First Name - Zillow, Last Name - Tech Connect).

Please, help me :)

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

You can create a contact with any name you want and it doesn’t have to be “Zillow Tech Connect”. For example, you can use John Doe as the test contact name.

Hopefully, this helps.

Could you please confirm if you have set up the Zapier CRM in Zillow? Here’s how:

Could you please confirm if you are a team member or team lead? If you’re a team member, are you able to connect to your team lead’s account instead?

You might be encountering a bug here. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team for them to investigate this issue further since they have the correct tools to look closer at the Zap and its logs.
