Hey,I was using the trial version of Zapier without issue; when the trial ran out, the zaps I created turned off because they were multi-step zaps. I upgraded to the paid version of ZAP and turned the zaps back on, however, after allowing the zap to run and manually running the ZAP the zap failed to identify new reviews and run the workflow.For reference, I’m running a ZAP using Google My Business and ChatGpt to auto-reply to reviews. The ZAP is suppose to reply to New Reviews but for whatever reason it won’t identify and reply to new reviews. After retesting the steps, I was able to get the ZAP to run on one of the new reviews. The weird thing is that the ZAP returned a reply that was inconsistent with the previous replies that were generated using the same ZAP and there was no history of that review being replied on the ZAP history. Any clue on how I can fix the ZAP? Thanks in Advance.
Hello, I am having trouble linking my ClickFunnels 2.0 account with Zapier. When I go to log in, it is telling me that my email address or password does not exist. However, I am certain I have entered the information correctly. I tried this a couple of weeks ago because I didn't know that ClickFunnels 2.0 did not have an integration. I received the same error. However, I just attended the live event for ClickFunnels (Funnel Hacking Live) and they announced that everyone in attendance would get access to this new roll out of the integration. I went through the steps required to upgrade. When I upgraded, I got all of the other features ClickFunnels offers, however, I can not get the Zapier integration to work because I can not log in. Can you please look into this for me and let me know why my account can not be found? I am a ClickFunnels 2.0 customer. I have also successfully created Zaps for other applications. Hello everyone, After taking Uber, I will receive a receipt in my gmail inbox. I would like to extract the date, amount, driver’s name and license plate info only and sync to a Google Sheet file (for company cash reimbursement purpose). Since the email receipt is not plain text, I’ve tried many ways and it didn’t work smoothly. Does anyone have similar experience and zap that I can learn from? Thank you so much.
Is it possible to set up zapier as a middleware between an API and frontend?Instead of doing the full blown integration, we wanted to use zapier to call and API and than use zapier again to send the information from the API to the front-end we have.Is that possible? Hi,I would like to transfer information about leads from one Zapier Table to the others. My main challenge is to avoid data getting lost. I am looking for best practice, really, as I don’t know what the best concept would be. In an ideal world the following would happen: A lead is new or updated in Table A Zapier looks for that lead in Table B (identified by the file number) Zapier fills all columns for this lead which are filled in Table A and empty in Table B In case a column has data already, it should be appended to the existing data in the same column in Table BAs I believe this is a very generic problem, I searched the community...but couldn’t find anything. What would you do?
Hello, For my loop I would like multiple documents uploaded via Softr to run through an OCR application. Currently the Zap functions when 1 document is uploaded, or the first documet when multiple ones are uploaded, but I would like to iterate through all the documents uploaded. Softr returns multiple documents:But the Mindee API only takes the first one (Vonnis 0) How can I add a loop that passes on all the files uploaded (regardless from how many files are uploaded)? So I’ve come to realize any string or text input field with a comma, at least while testing in Step 2, sends the field as an array separated at the comma. Is there some way to globally override or change this? Over all my actions I have dozens if not 100+ fields where user input could and should contain a comma. Server side as well, I dont want to introduce handling per field. None of these fields have “Allow Multiples” set so Im not sure why its converting

I thought what I needed to do could be accomplished by Approvals by Zapier, but that was discontinued back in February. I came across an incomplete tutorial in this community outlining how to pre-fill a form via URL. Here’s what I’m trying to do:I have vendors submitting Invoices but they need to be approved. I want to have a form (Invoice Form) that, when submitted, triggers a zap which generates an email to an approver. That email would contain a URL to an approval form (which is associated with the table in the Invoice Form), which has, prefilled, the data from the Invoice Form submittal, along with a checkbox to approve. When the Submit on this form is clicked, a zap is triggered which updates the table behind the original Invoice Form with this approval checkbox = checked, and continues along with other actions.I see tutorials on creating a Button field in a table, but I don’t see how submitting a form can be associated with that button. Hi, I have a similar requirement to the one posted here: I send orders to a supplier once certain criteria has been fulfilled. In our case this means that a third party fraud prevention service has approved the transaction and we have captured the payment.When orders are created in Shopify (in our instance) they are already marked as paid by the customer so I cannot use the New Paid Order trigger. I cannot use the New Order trigger either. For both of these events, the fraud protection would have not completed, which can take up to 24 hours. There are other manual checks we do to validate the order, such as checking the address, before we capture the payment.I tried using the Order Updated event and setting the Payment Status = paid thinking it would fire only when the payment status changes to paid however, it fire all the time for orders where the payment status is paid. This doesn’t work for us either as we may update the order multiple times and we only want the order to be sent t

Hi there. I have created three zaps - 'testt', 'eposnow...' & 'new team member..' - none of which trigger. Two triggers are based on rows being added to a spreadsheet/table (I’ve tried both), the third a new product in Eposnow. They all test PERFECTLY, but do not work once published. I have tested the zaps, connections etc, republished them, but none trigger.PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP? For reference I have a free account, and have used 0/100 tasks and 3/5 zaps this month. I am also a big Power Automate user and have used Zapier in the past without issue. Thank in advance for any advice. Hoping someone can help : )
Hello All, Novice here. I am looking for what a way to zap bank transactions (either in real time or using a CSV each month) into a Google Sheets spreadsheet file I use for accounting with built in formulas and whatnot. I can’t seem to figure out what I would think should be simple. For starters, I do not have any accounting specific software (like Quickbooks/Wave/Xero) and do not want to pay for them if I don’t have to. For my accounting, within my Google Sheet spreadsheet, I usually just manually enter the date, expense category, description of expense, and then amount. There are formulas on other sheet pages that give me totals for categories, months, etc. I’m a small business owner and there are not tons of expenses per month and this usually takes me 20-30 mins each month but if I can simply zap it then even better. I tried to go the route whereby I get a CSV from my bank (US Bank) and put it into a Google Drive folder which is the trigger. The next step would be to use the Utilit

SOLVED: I found the culprit. After writing this forum post I was able to pinpoint the problem to a specific email address which had put a Zapier converter on a specific date which was used as the start date. The converter was written absolutely wrong causing below explained behaviour. The way the issue was caused was because EMAIL A has a trigger on “NEW EVENT” and sends over a new event to “EMAIL MASTER” → Here is where the faulty date was also filled in. EMAIL MASTER is where I encountered the issue who was just doing what it was being told from the EMAIL A event.Leaving the post online if I would encounter this issue again somewhere in the future so I will first check individual emails instead of writing an angry post.For Future JNacho possibly googling this issue: Make sure to check every incoming request individually first before accusing someone else making a mistake. When using the trigger: Outlook new event and trying to create events on other emails to sync different agenda’s

So what I want to do is: When somebody makes a transaction on Soundee then I want the data(example: email, name, product name etc..) to get transferred over to Google Sheets! I have a problem with sending emails.There is one Zap that is triggered when an automatic request from a user comes to our email. After that, a reply to this request is automatically sent to the user. And at the end of the Zap, a new row is created in our Google Spreadsheet with basic data about this user.The second Zap is triggered as soon as a new row is created in the Google table. A delay of 2.5 days is triggered, after which it is checked if the user has not responded to the email (search by the user's email ID). If the user has not responded within these 2.5 days, a follow-up is sentThe problem is that both the first and the second emails are sometimes sent again after a few days (at random intervals), but the most important thing is that only one execution of these Zaps is displayed in the Zap Histrory.I would be very grateful for your help.
