Tag a contact in Keap based on a Shopify tag

For us to have more info about what you are referring to, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined/configured.

Zap action: Keap - Tag Contact

Map the Keap Contact ID from a previous Zap step.

You may need to add a Zap step to find the Contact by email in order to get the Contact ID.

Select the Tag from the dropdown list.

Before applying to tag to the contact in Keap, you should find or create that contact so that you can get the contact ID.

Your sample workflow will look something like this-

• New Customer Trigger
• Find or Create Contact action
• Tag contact

You can dynamically pass the contact date from the New Customer trigger to Find or Create Contact acton. This is a sample workflow and you may need to add extra actions like Filter, Formatter etc as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!
