I’ve started using zapier less than 24hrs ago and got stuck, hope somebody can help.
We have a form in Jotform that collects applicants basic information (name, surname, company applied for, job applied, etc...) and a field to upload their CV file.
What I need to do in Zapier is quite simple at first glance at least:
- Download file from Jotform using the URL provided by Jotform via the integration in Zapier
- Rename the file using fields provided in jotform and which I’ve already mapped in a table keeping the file extension unchanged. (It would be good to convert also different files all to PDFs)
- Upload the file to specific folders in Sharepoint based on company applied.
Before I can get to the next steps, I’m stuck at the point where I download the file. I’m not technical at all, and can’t understand if the step added are the right ones to download the file (GET Webhooks), if there is the need to add authentication, if the step is the correct one, etc…
Is there anyone who can shed some light or that can provide some idiot-proof explanation, point me to some guidance that can explain to somebody like me how to succeed with the above?
