Can anyone help regarding integrating Dext and Simpro and setting up workflows?
We currently manually enter and receipt all our supplier purchases orders. On the chat last week, the Zapier rep advised that i can use Zapier to do this but i cant work out the workflow and chat is currently offline.
It keeps trying to "create a quote". But i need it to “create a material order” within a project.
Maybe its doing what i want but using different wording?
Google steps to do this do not correlate with the steps to take on Zapier either.
Workflow would be
Email to Dext > code project in Dext> export to simpro >find project>find/create supplier>apply to cost code within project> save (or there abouts, there may be other steps but im new to this program).
