Automating date updates in Monday.com based on status changes

This can be done with a multi step Zap using Monday.com.

Flow would look like this:

1. Trigger
   Monday.com
   Item Updated in Board
   Watch the “Countersigned Status” column

2. Filter by Zapier
   Continue only if
   Countersigned Status = “Countersigned – Renewal”
   Item is in the “Pending Rates” group

3. Find matching Active Rates item
   Monday.com
   Find Item
   Match on Apartment ID and group = Active Rates

4. Formatter by Zapier
   Date/Time
   Add 1 day to the “Lease End Date”

5. Update the Pending item
   Monday.com
   Change Column Value
   Set “Lease Start Date” to the formatted date

Yeah it’s possible to make this workflow with Zapier. Your workflow will look something like this-

• New Update in Board trigger
• Filter for Countersigned - Renewal
• Find items
• Formatter action for Date
• Update item action

This is a sample workflow and you may need to add other actions as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!
