I am trying to connect Calendly to Lead Connector, so that:1. When someone books in a meeting on Calendly2. It adds a new contact on to Lead Connector3. This contact then gets added to a Workflow. Currently steps 1 and 2 are working however for step three it is adding a made up contact to the workflow rather than the same contact from steps 1 and 2. Could anyone advise how I fix this - it is like it has forgotten the contact for step 3. Thanks for your help.

I want to create an automation to repurpose my instagram content to my facebook. It works well except when i want to send multiple images from instagram to facebook. If i just choose “Media URL” i only get 1 photo. But when i choose “Children Media URL” wich i think is the correct one due to there being mutliple media files, it doesnt work. It says that the media files are too large when i know for a fact they are not. Does anyone know what this problem is and the solution to it?

Hello - I’m new on Zapier. As stated I want to set up a flow ‘whenever the X Salesforce field is updated, more specifically a email opt out field, Zapier would then send this information to update existing Mailchimp contact.’ But somehow my way of setting up is incorrect after several attempts. Hi, due to a disability and my job role, I have to remind people attending meetings I am invited to that I need them to email me any questions they have a few days prior to the meeting. Using me accepting the invitation to an outlook calender invite as the trigger, am looking for a way for attendees to be sent an email 3 days before asking if they have any questions.I can’t seem to do this through the outlook rules option. I can schedule an email everytime I am sent a meeting invite but I get invited to a lot of them so that takes up time. Any ideas if there is a Zapier way to do it please?

I have been through all of the docs and help topcis but I just do not get how zapier expects code in a java script zap to provide data.Why is the output undefined? I tried to set output or use the callback (which i prefer). Hello, I have had a problem for a week now, my tiktok ads campaigns generate approximately 100 leads per day, which is linked to a google sheet using zapier, but I realize that not all the leads that appear in the tiktok ads arrive and I have a loss of 15-20% of leads and that is serious I need help please I am losing potential clients
Hi there! I’m pretty new to Zapier. We hired someone to set up our Zaps to connect ThriveCart and Learnworlds. The way it was set up is that there is an individual zap for every product or bump that a customer can purchase or refund. I’m not familiar with sub-zaps or pathways, but I’m wondering if there is a more efficient way of setting this up. I am currently using 15 of 20 of my zaps on my plan, but a ridiculously low number of tasks.I know this may be ridiculously simple for some, but I’m unfortunately not able to wrap my head around it! Any advice on how to combine and reduce the number of zaps I’m using would be super helpful! Hello I am new to this platform. I am looking to create a zap to multi platform cross-listing. I am looking to create a zap that will enable me to list items for sale on multi websites at once. Apps I would like to use would be Facebook marketplace, OfferUp, eBay, Esty, Chairish, and 1st Dibs. However some of these apps are not directly supported. How do I go about doing this?
I have a zap that will upload an image to Google Drive that is posted to a certain channel within my Slack group. My employees will upload an image with “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” to the post. Is it possible to have my zap name the image file “CUSTOMERNAME JOB####” when it uploads the file into google drive? I see the field where I can choose the name of the file, but I do not see a way to select the slack text message as the file name. Thank you!

I am looking to have forms that are submitted in a Zapier interface form be duplicated and submitted to Hubspot. I have set up two versions where: 1. Form Submission Created in Zapier Interfaces → 2. Create Form Submission in HubSpot 1. Form Submission Created in Zapier Interfaces → 2. Create Record in Zapier Tables → 3. Create Form Submission in HubSpot I am able to get the Zapier form data to populate within the Zapier table, but keep running into errors when transferring the data across to Hubspot. The form data does not submit to Hubspot and I am also unable to get dropdown field data to populate at all. Please advise! Thank you in advance.

I could not find anything about this in documentation and this presents a significant issue for a planned system.The us-east-2 region seems to be available for SNS integrations so what’s the difference?
Hi, guys. I’m new to Zapier and I am trying to set my Sly and Email to be sent on a specific time. Here’s a scenario. My Zaps trigger at 9am EST and Sly and Gmail should send at 12PM EST and if the zaps trigger at 1PM EST it would send at 12PM EST tomorrow. I tried doing the delay, but it is still sending right away. Thanks!
I currently have a Zap set up between Salesforce and Monday so that information for an Opportunity updates in Monday when a change happens in Salesforce. General flow of the Zap:a field on a Salesforce opportunity is updates it finds the matching ID in the Monday board and updates specific fields on the Monday board to match what was updated in SalesforceThis Zap runs successfully when the ID I am matching on is found in the Monday board. However, if a Salesforce Opportunity is updated that does not exist in the Monday board, the Zap throws an error. Not every Salesforce Opportunity is going to be listed in my Monday board but I also want the system to recognize that and have the Zap stop running (rather than throw an error) if it can not find the matching record in Monday. Otherwise, it is going to throw so many errors that Zapier will automatically turn off my Zap. I thought I set up the Zap accordingly (screenshots below) but I keep getting the following error when testing Step 5: F

Hi guys, I’m trying to create a automation that will create contract in Docusign, and populate all the perimeter that needs to be filled with the data from google sheet. I remember for Docusign, it used to have an option under “Event” called “Create Signature Request”, but now I don’t see that option anymore. Any ideas on how to fix that?
I have a basic Zap that takes a submission from Submittable and upserts a Contact record in Salesforce. The issue I’m running into is that the Submittable form has multi-select checkbox fields that need to be re-formatted into single checkbox fields in Salesforce. For example, a submission could have Question 1, with A,B,C,D all checked in a multi-select response, but that needs to translate into boolean checkboxes on field A, field B, field C, and field D on the Salesforce record. I think I could do this by formatting one field at a time, but there are upwards of 20 fields that need to be formatted, so that feels inefficient. Is there a way to do this with tables or line items? I’m not entirely sure I understand how the data would translate.

I am trying to connect Stripe with Mailchimp with Zapier. I have a payment link, which is a product, but when I try the different events from Zapier, such as “new payment link”, “new payment”, “new charge”, etc., it doesn’t work, it says it can’t find any “payment”, “charge”, etc. How can I solve this? What I am trying to do is that when a client buys my product they are automatically tagged to Mailchimp.
I’m hoping to automate posting to LinkedIn, however I’m unable to find a way to upload a video directly to the platform.All I can find is how to attach a link to other platforms like YouTube. But is there a way to upload directly to LinkedIn?
