I have been trying to set up an automated process using Zapier that takes specific order information from Printavo, identifies particular order types through a pattern in the naming convention (like "SP-" followed by a number), and then creates individual tasks or items for each distinct order in Monday.com. Initially, the setup was not capturing individual order identifiers like 'SP-1' from Printavo to create separate tasks in Monday.com. Instead, it was grouping them into a single string, which wasn't the intended outcome. Also, within the Zapier code step, I've faced a 'TypeError' related to the .split() function, indicating trouble parsing the order information. Any ideas on how to resolve these errors and ensure the setup can handle a range of order formats? When a new thread is created in a Google Groups email, I want to add the post to the Notion database.I can't connect Google Groups directly to Zapier, so I created a new Gmail account and invited people to join the group.I am receiving two Google Groups emails in one Gmail account.I set up automatic labeling of these two Google Groups emails.In Zapier, I made sure that when a new thread is created in Gmail, a document is added to the database in the notion, and the mailboxes are labeled. The reason for this is that we want to put emails with different labels in different databases.You may ask if you can create two Google accounts, but I have a corporate account, so each time I create one, it adds money.However, whenever a new email is created, rather than a new thread, it is added to the notion database.For example, when someone in a group replies, it is also added to the database.It shouldn't be added to the database because it's not a new thread.How can I solve this, please help.Tran
I created a Zap that whenever a team member sends a message in a channel in Slack, it will create an item in Monday with the contents of that message, and the permanent link that will lead to that message in Slack. When testing the trigger, there was no problem but then it cannot pull the link into Monday, only the contents of the message.
I am looking at doing something a little different, I currently have a sheet get populated every 15 minutes with data to create a feed into slack, this works great as it gets triggered by the new lines (after a script deletes the previous input) and it broadcasts the data every 15 minutes. Within that data is information I want to broadcast only once a day, I am approaching this with a different zap but once I set up a schedule I am stumped how to pick the data (from a whole specific sheet) without using a ‘new row/entry’ trigger. Any ideas? Thanks hive mind!
How do I upload a new document here? It is showing an option from May, i dont remember how I did it previously. I have selected TRIGGER - NEW SIGNED DOCUMENT, maybe last time i used SUBMITTED document thats how i made it work.Thanks

I’m trying to set up a zap to send new leads from Meta to Privyr. This is the CRM used by our client (I work for an agency). They have anothe client doing some other work for them who is also gathering leads and apparently is also using Zapier to send them into the CRM. When I tried to set up the zap, the access token wouldn’t work. Could this be because it is already in use by the other agency? Or can multiple accounts use the same access token? And if not, are there any workarounds we can use?

Hello, I am looking for a professional to fix an issue with some of my Zaps triggering multiple times (sometimes up to 20). I have tried this fix without success. As you can see by the screenshot here the Zap is triggering multiple times at the exact same time and draining my Zap allowance in the process. Zapier support have been unable to fix the issue and have kindly declined my request to reimburse the wasted Zaps. Thank you
Zapier is very messed up tonight!! I post this in here because I am very tired with waiting 48 hours for customer service. Hi Team, We’re attempting to capture the GCLID from a gravity form submission on our WordPress site so that we can associate it with the lead to track offline conversion data for our Google Ads campaigns. The lead comes through Marketo and is then synced to Salesforce, but we’re having trouble capturing the GCLID once the form is submitted. I think we can create a zap that will sync the form submission GCLID from Google Analytics into Marketo, which will then sync it to the lead record in Salesforce. But, I haven’t quite figured it out yet. Does anyone have any recommendations for this? Or perhaps, a better way to capture the GCLID and associate it with the lead in Marketo? Thanks so much
Hi I’m trying to create an automation to add new subscribers to Mailchimp when a form is filled from Wix. It’s not triggered whenever there’s a new subscriber from Wix. The Automation from Wix, Wix Forms > Log-in to Zapier. Then from Zapier, Wix Automations>Automation Rule in Wix Automations >Add Update Mailchimp Subscribers. I dont know what’s wrong
I am trying to create a sales receipt that shows the gross payment for a donation minus the Stripe processing fee.If I input just the gross payment, it will go to Quickbooks correctly. However, the amounts go to zero when a create the amount minus the processing fee. What am I doing wrong?

Example:Customer A: uses SalesforceCustomer B: uses Pipedrive→ When a lead in Salesforce is qualified we want to distribute it to a partner and create it in Pipedrive I am searching something like a trust layer where Zapier is saying thinks like “Do you want to trust Customer A? With agreeing on the blababla it is possible to create leads in your pipedrive instance but the other side will not see your password and username.”
We switched from Mailchimp to Klaviyo and I’m having trouble setting up my zap. Goal: User subscribes to a list in Klaviyo send a survey from SurveyMonkey. I had this set up using Mailchimp just fine. But I can’t find the list I want to target in my Klaviyo options. Am I supposed to subscribe to the list and then find that subscriber through my test? Is that how it works? This feels less clear than the mailchimp set up. I appreciate any guidance anyone has…

I am new to zapier and I thought it would be relatively easy to set up zapier when I add a data in a new row in an excel speadsheet located in sharepoint to create a new folder again in a folder on sharepoint. I get so far but I seem to hit an issue trying to locate the actual file in sharepoint as it keeps returning “unable to load choices” which I suspect because although I have selected sharepoint as storage the folder name must be wrong. I am happy to turn the zap the other way i.e. create a new row in the excel spreadsheet when I creat a new folder but this would all need to be within sharepoint.Do I need to have professional version to use this zap.
I’m using https://archiveapi.com integration to archive files. When I try to zip all files in a google drive folder, I need to pass a list of files. However, it’s a folder with dynamic number of files which names are not known.What should I put into File Data field? Are there any other options?
