I am new to zapier and I thought it would be relatively easy to set up zapier when I add a data in a new row in an excel speadsheet located in sharepoint to create a new folder again in a folder on sharepoint. I get so far but I seem to hit an issue trying to locate the actual file in sharepoint as it keeps returning “unable to load choices” which I suspect because although I have selected sharepoint as storage the folder name must be wrong.

I am happy to turn the zap the other way i.e. create a new row in the excel spreadsheet when I creat a new folder but this would all need to be within sharepoint.

Do I need to have professional version to use this zap.

Hi @ast9858

Good question.

Please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured to help us have context.

Hi, Here is a screen shot of the setting I am having trouble with, hope that’s enough

@ast9858

Have you reviewed the help articles for using Excel in Zaps?

https://zapier.com/apps/excel/help

Make sure to review the field descriptions for possible guidance.

Ni I havent reviewed this but I will do now, thank you.

Also do I need the pro version to ge this to work?

@ast9858

Pro version of what?

Pro version of zapier

@ast9858

That depends on different factors, such as:

  • How many Zaps
  • How many steps in Zaps
    • 3+ steps require a Zapier paid plan
  • Which apps are used in Zaps
  • How much volume of Zap Runs
  • etc.
