I’m trying to set up a zap to send new leads from Meta to Privyr. This is the CRM used by our client (I work for an agency). They have anothe client doing some other work for them who is also gathering leads and apparently is also using Zapier to send them into the CRM. When I tried to set up the zap, the access token wouldn’t work. Could this be because it is already in use by the other agency? Or can multiple accounts use the same access token? And if not, are there any workarounds we can use?
