Hi, due to a disability and my job role, I have to remind people attending meetings I am invited to that I need them to email me any questions they have a few days prior to the meeting.
Using me accepting the invitation to an outlook calender invite as the trigger, am looking for a way for attendees to be sent an email 3 days before asking if they have any questions.
I can’t seem to do this through the outlook rules option. I can schedule an email everytime I am sent a meeting invite but I get invited to a lot of them so that takes up time.
Any ideas if there is a Zapier way to do it please?
