Hello - Anyone else have issues with viewing all your clients facbook accounts. Trying to auto post to multiple social profiles but only one of my accounts is showing up.I’m 99% sure I have the correct access admin access cause I can post and pull in analytics data from their accounts into a dashboard via another tool.
I’m trying to create a new Zap where if I get a new message in a Discord channel, it will send me an SMS text message. I create a new Zap and when I choose that trigger I get the Discord sign in pop-up. There I authorize it but in the “Select a Server” the dropdown is empty. Is there something I need to do in Discord for my servers to appear?

Hey everyone!I'm facing difficulties while trying to connect HubSpot with Trello, specifically with the trigger action. My goal is to automatically create a Trello card when the owner of a ticket changes to a specific one. However, I haven't been successful in getting this integration to work.I tried simplifying the trigger to only execute when the ticket property changes. Additionally, I've validated in Zapier that it's the specific owner I'm looking for, but I still can't progress beyond the property changes.Any suggestions or advice on how to address this issue? I setup a Zap between my CRM (KvCore) and Slybroadcast and I tested it a few times and it did work: Phone Number Date/Time Status Carrier Reason for Failure 5103660578 10/11/23, 5:23pm Success T-Mobile Total Attempted: 1 Success: 1 This was with my cell number. I am looking to create an automation that integrates Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google My Business, and CallRail with Google Sheets. The objective is to compile weekly reports for leadership that include metrics such as the number of calls from our Google My Business page, the number of forms filled out on our website, and the impressions and clicks from our ads.I need the automation to populate a Google Sheet where the columns are segmented by week, and the rows represent different data points. Specifically, I require the data to be inserted into the same rows each week but in new columns that correspond to the current reporting period.Could you guide me on setting up this process with Zapier? My question is, for the “Create Subscriber in Aweber” what email label as required are you supposed to use? Is the email for testing purposes or does it need to be a particular email? Next in the Name filed which is not require and the Tags which also do not say required should I be putting something in those regardless?Once I run test from Zapier to Aweber I get a response with” id 0”, email the same one that I put in the required field and the “status not added because blocked/fake address”. What is causing this and what do I do to fix this?

We just set up a zap to send offline conversions to Google ads after a user is added to Klaviyo. Unfortunately we are seeing these errors now in Zapier: This Google Ads step hit an error.The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully. I am trying to create a zap between MightyForms and Memberpress. I am stuck on the MightyForms step “Trigger.” It prompts me to choose a value for a “project” (required). When I click “choose value” it opens a search bar but I cannot get anything to generate from that. I have tried copying and pasting the title of the form. I tried pasting data from the form’s URL. Heck, I even tried typing every letter of the alphabet in uppercase, then lowercase as well as numerals 0-9 but nothing I enter generates anything. There is a tab labeld “custom” and the instructions say I can enter something but there is nowhere to enter anything in that custom tab.I am connected to MightyForms, and it is the correct account. The form is published in MightyForms. I am the owner and sole user of the MightyForms account so permissions should be good (I cannot find anywhere in my MightyForms account to adjust permissions regardless).I am using the free version of Zapier. My problem is I can’t get individual rows imported in Google sheets, it imports everything into a single row with commas. Here’s my current Zap:New attachment in Gmail Utilities in Formatter imports from CSV Lookup Spreadsheet Rows in Google SheetsOriginally step 3 was “Create Multiple Spreadsheet rows” and when using that, each row from the GMail CSV attacment would be imported into my Google Sheet into its own row. However, the problem here was it would reimport old rows so rows were being entered twice, three times and more. So I switched to Lookup Spreadsheet Rows in Google Sheets to use the “Create Google Sheets Spreadsheet Row if it doesn’t exist yet?” feature. Now it imports everything into a single row. When using “Create Multiple Spreadsheet rows” this is how it would send the data to the Google Sheet. You can see it first reads all the data then outputs them as individual line items.This is using Lookup Spreadsheet Rows
Is there any zapier action that allows to set “only if” or some such to be based on the time of day in a specific timezone?Example is someone buys something from me and they get a tag in convertkit. I would like to send them a text a day or so later but only during regular hours in my timezone for work (trying to avoid texting someone at 11pm or whatever a day later because they bought at 11pm).I see only if for before and after but seems to correspond to a field that convert kit would have to pass to zapier. When a deal is created in pipedrive we are trying to fetch the customer information and create subscription on chargebee using zapier in between. But everytime we move a deal to won in pipedrive multiple times zap event is called out which leads to multiple creation of subscription and customers in chargebee. Ideally once the user click WON in pipedrive on a deal zapier (updated deal event) should fetch the contact person details and we are using chargebee even to push data in chargebee which should create 1 customer and one subcription.
Hi have created a zap which uses instant type of trigger to fetch event data.In the zap history I am getting empty data and the error is null (Text) Exactly matches {{434343__variable_name}}. The data from zapier events is not getting populated correctly. Let me know how can this be done.

Hi there,I did some researches and many people said it is possible. However when I looked into the zap that with a new submission in JotForm, then Change Multiple Columns Value in monday.com; I have a question and can’t seem to get to the bottom of it - How is the zap going to differentiate a “JotForm New Submission” is a new submission, or a resubmission after the data is updated? I was trying to achieve the latter. In the JotForm approval flow, when the outcome is “Need more info”, we send a link to the requester and ask them to update their submission; with the resubmission we’d like to item values be updated in monday.com too. Thank you for the insights.
