This Google Ads step hit an error. The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.

We just set up a zap to send offline conversions to Google ads after a user is added to Klaviyo. Unfortunately we are seeing these errors now in Zapier:

Does anyone have any idea how to fix or seen similar issues? I do see posts about similar problems but not Google Ads offline conversions.

Good question.

Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

This error can happen when Zap steps take too long to complete.

Sometimes the app used in a Zap step can have temporary downtime, which may contribute to the Zap step encountering an error.

You can try to rerun the Zap Runs that had issues.

Thanks Troy for responding. Here are screenshots:screenshots of zap flow, couple different errors and (successful) test. Not every zap run is showing error.

The GAds action appears to be configured correctly.

Why the GAds action is timing out, I don’t know.

Could be temporary or could be a bug with the action integration.
