I set up a new set and I’m getting this error. Has anyone had it? How did you resolve it?

Failed to create an audience in Searchie

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'flat')

Hi @ladytos

Good question.

Please post screenshots with how your Zap step is configured for us to have enough context.

Thanks Troy. Please let me know if you need anything else

@ladytos

I’m don’t notice anything in the Zap Step 2 configuration that would be causing that error.

Check the Email field description more link for possible guidance.

Otherwise, you can try reaching out to Searchie Support for help.

Thanks @Troy Tessalone. May I ask another question please? Each time someone subscribes to my membership and the zap adds them to Searchie and sends them their login, is that considered a task? What I mean is this, is 750 people go through this process per month and get added to Searchie, would that be considered as 750 tasks?
