I have two Zaps connecting WooCommerce and Shopify. The first Zap triggers on WooCommerce On-Hold orders to create a draft order in Shopify and send an invoice. The second Zap updates WooCommerce when the Shopify invoice is paid.This setup worked for 2–3 months, then suddenly stopped. New WooCommerce orders are still created as On-Hold, the app connection looks fine, but the Zap no longer triggers at all (no runs, no errors).Looking to see if others have experienced WooCommerce triggers silently stopping and whether this is related to webhooks, updates, or order status behavior.

I am trying to connect Humanity to Zapier and read data from there and put it in Smart Suite. Trigger i am selecting is from Humanity - Published Shifts. But in the Test Trigger i m not getting record and getting a message Create a published shifts in your account and test again.I went to Humanity and created a shift but still i don’t see any records there. A quick suggestion would we really helpful.

I am trying to use the Google Drive API Request action to update a CSV file in a Google Drive folder. The Replace File action seems to always overwrite as a .txt file, so this has been the best workaround. It’s working as expected in test mode, but when it runs for real, I keep hitting this error:  This Google Drive step hit an errorAuthentication provided either does not exist or is not available to the user and account.Here is the configuration I have confirmed that Zapier hat it is an approved app in my Google workspace.It’s very confusing that it works totally fine in test mode but not when it actually runs. I have just set up a Zapier account to send emails from Gmail. It has added the “two dashes” above my email signature. I saw that this feature was supposed to be resolved two years ago but here it is again. The chatbot didn’t have anything useful to say. Any suggestions? In my Gmail account, I have ticked the box that says remove two dases in the line that precedes the email signature Glenn

In the Zap Folder view (https://zapier.com/app/assets/folders/[Folder-Id]) I no longer appear to be able to sort by the Name field, which is massively frustrating. Am I sure it used to be the default sort order, it currently appears to be random! Am I missing something?

Column headers, which usually let the user reorder Zaps or folders by clicking on them, now don’t do anything. We’ve been having some basic usage breaking changes in the last days. 

If I were to use Zap, would there be a way to do  make it so all emails go to a certain folder if they have a certain keyword, something I cant do with the rules in outlook due to the permissions Id like every email I get from outlook to go to zap, and then see if I can better sort the emails / look for keywords in them with zap. How complicated is this to set up?  

I have recently logged in to Zapire but copilot mode is disabled. I have tried:-Joining Early Access and verified via email. Waited over an hour, refreshed, logged out/in, and tried incognito. Copilot still shows as disabled/locked on the dashboard. kindly help me solve this issue.

(I’m new to Zapier Interfaces, so please forgive a clumsy question.)  I’m looking for an efficient way have multiple Interface pages pull/display the same image from a single source...and I want to be able to update that image easily.Copilot seem to be saying that I could do this with an image in a table, but I’m not able to get it working.  Is what I’m trying to do possible?Thanks for sharing some wisdom!

Hi everyone,I’m trying to build an automation using the GetMyInvoices app in Zapier (Trigger: New Document).The trigger fires correctly and all metadata is received — but the actual PDF file is not delivered in a usable file format.What I’m seeing:The field File Content does not contain a Base64 string, a file object, or a download link.Instead, it contains what looks like RAW PDF stream content, starting with: %PDF-1.7 %z3Xp 3 0 obj ... So Zapier receives the document text, but not as a proper file.Zapier therefore: doesn’t recognize it as a file can’t map it to any file upload step and can’t convert it using normal Formatter → File options (since it expects base64 or a file object) My assumption:I believe GetMyInvoices might be sending the PDF as raw PDF binary encoded as plain text, not Base64.Because of that, Zapier can’t turn it into an actual PDF file.My question:👉 How can I convert this raw PDF content into a real PDF file inside Zapier so I can upload it to Google Drive /

Hi there,I’m struggling to get Paypal to pull through real payment records. I keep getting the same 3 generic test records. I’ve tried publishing the zap and then running a Live payment through Paypal and it still doesn’t pick it up.I have the trigger set to ‘Payment Sale Webhooks’The event set to ‘ Completed - A payment sale completes’Appreciate any help.Thanks,Danny 

It looks like Zapier have rolled out a cookie policy update for the Chatbots. Is there any way to turn this off? It doesn’t look it saves the cookie preferences properly and causes massive formatting and usability issues.   

Scenario: A supplier uses google drive to drop in an excel sheet with latest inventory updates: https://drive.google.com/drive/u/1/folders/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX_XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXSo I don’t own the folder or have any share access with the file. Is there a way I can use the folder link above(assuming that stays consistent), to extra contents of file into a google sheet? I made the first chatbot.I made an action on the event keyword in the user message "call", which creates a form enter name and phone and a submit button. After clicking submit I want to write the name and phone as a new line in google sheets.The form appears, but after clicking submit except for the text in the chatbot "you will be contacted" no entry in the table occurredPlease give the exact source of documentation for studying this task.

I am trying to use the Xero API Request action in Zapier and een though I have specified my Xero organisation in the setup step of the action I keep getting this error:Failed to create a http request in XeroPlease select an organization to perform this step on.I saw that other have struggled with this issue in the past but have not been able to find a solution. I have an API call which returns a list of bookings. If there are 0 bookings, we use Path B. Otherwise if there is data - I have Path A which uses data received from an API call and loops over that data. I only want to see bookings where the user has not cancelled (and thus needs to be completed) so I have added a filter to check the booking status. For these bookings I add a detailed calendar event. However, if all bookings that were returned by my api call are the incorrect status type I need to create another detailed calendar event. I therefore need to break out of the loop or somehow continue if my filter never passes in any iteration of the loop. If I add a filter at the end of the loop as advised in other threads, it will of course never be run. How can I break out of this loop?

I want to use KVK APIs. both KVK API respond correctly when tested in Postman.The Zoken service also works fine in Zapier.However, even though I’m using the same URL and the same parameters for the Profile service in Zapier, this specific service returns a 400 error in Zapier.

 This question was submitted 7 months ago without a resolution. I’m having the same problem. My Jot Froms with the Multiple Choice Answers…. the Answers are not importing into my CRM (Capsule). Looking for help to correct this?   NewI’m trying to collect a jotform to notion database where a new submission creates a database entry.  They are connecting, however I can’t map the fields to each specific answer.  The only option i have is “answers”, which doesn’t pull each individual field on the jot form. 

I am using the find records for a table.When I use the Operator “is different from” it finds the exact record I am looking for.When I use “exactly” or “contains” or “starts with” it gives me an error. The problem is it shouldn’t find the record with the “is different from” operator and should find it with the others. The zap run is configure upon a successful payment, then formatting the date from the description field of the stripe payment to separate the event name and date, as showing as Output Item 1 and 2. The field types are the same ‘text’ and the information is an exact match. So, I am confused as to why the “is different from” operator works and the others do not?  Table records 

I have everything down with creating the event (name, event type, number of tickets, and custom answers) the only thing I cannot get to trigger properly is the Date and time the ticket was purchased for. It keeps making the date and time, the time the customer actually bought the ticket- not for when the ticket is. If the customer bought ticket today at 3pm for Saturday at 7pm- the zap creates a google calendar event for today at 3pm. How can I fix this?
