Hi Team,
I’m facing an issue with my Zapier workflow integration between HulkApps Form Builder and Twilio SMS.
Current Workflow
- Trigger: HulkApps Form Builder – “Form Responses”
- Action: Twilio – “Send SMS”
Issue
The Zap works correctly when I manually test the trigger inside Zapier, and the Twilio SMS sends successfully during testing.
However, when a real customer submits the HulkApps form on my Shopify store, the Zap does not run automatically.
No trigger event appears in Zapier history, and the workflow never starts.
What I Already Checked
- HulkApps account is connected properly
- Twilio account is connected properly
- Zap is turned ON
- Form submission works correctly on the storefront
- Manual trigger test inside Zapier works
- SMS action test works
Questions
- Does HulkApps Form Builder support real-time webhook/instant triggers with Zapier?
- Is there any additional setup required inside HulkApps to enable automatic Zap triggering?
- Do I need to publish/reconnect/re-authorize the form after creating the Zap?
- Are only certain HulkApps form types supported by the Zapier trigger?
- Is there any delay or polling interval before Zapier detects new form submissions?
- How can I verify whether HulkApps is actually sending trigger events to Zapier?
- Is there any known issue with Shopify embedded Hulk forms not triggering Zapier events automatically?
- Do I need a paid Zapier or HulkApps plan for automatic live triggers?
- Are there logs/webhooks/debug tools available to check failed trigger delivery?
- Is there another recommended trigger method (Webhook/API) instead of the default HulkApps trigger?
Expected Behavior
Whenever a customer submits the HulkApps form on the Shopify storefront, the Zap should automatically trigger and send the SMS through Twilio.
Please help me identify what configuration or setup might be missing.
