I want to sync my contacts from a selected sphere in Relatable to my chosen list in Constant Contact. So far the test runs work for some contacts but not for all. How do I fix this?

Hi @KV26

Here are the Zapier doc that might help: Link

Hope this helps you get it sorted! If not, drop a screenshot of the error and a quick description of what your Zap is doing, would really help folks troubleshoot further.

Hi @KV26 just checking in — did you manage to resolve this? If not, posting screenshots of your Zap steps and the full error would really help folks troubleshoot further.

Hi Fahad, here are some screenshots of the Zap and each step:

Where:

“Zapier Test 2” = name of the Sphere in Relatable containing contacts that I am trying to copy to Constant Contact

“Test Sync 1 - from Relatable” = name of destination Audience List in Constant Contact/where I want the contacts from Relatable to go

I would appreciate your thoughts on this, thank you!

Hi there @KV26 👋

Looks like there’s a potential issue with the field that’s been selected in filter on step 2, as it’s saying the Spheres[]title field is missing a value. If that’s not expected, you might want to try loading in a new test record from Relatable, or try reselecting the title field to see if that sorts it.

With it only working for some contacts, is it that you’re running into errors on step 4 for contacts that are added by step 3? Asking as it looks like if step 3 doesn't find an existing contact it'll create one and add it to "Test Sync 1 - from Relatable", and then step 4 will try to add the same contact to that list again. So I'm wondering if that's causing an error, since the contact is already on the list.

If that’s the case, I’d suggest adding a second filter in between steps 3 and 4. You’d want to set that Filter to only continue if step 3’s  Zap Data Was Found field is true (meaning an existing contact was found and not added by step 3). That may help to prevent the Zap from trying to re-add the same contact to the list.

If that’s not the case, can you share some more details about what part of the Zap isn’t working exactly?
