Smartsheet data not syncing with Hubspot integration

I am having an issue whereby I am using the “Updated Row” trigger to fetch new data from Smartsheet and sync with Hubspot (I’m monitoring all rows). The integration is largely working OK and syncing most fields but for some reason there are certain fields that don’t seem to be able to be pulled through and populated to Hubspot. What's even more frustrating is that I am using these fields in a filter which is working, so my zap is detecting that the column in question has changed but it can’t seem to access the Smartsheet data in that column?

I have tried creating a separate Zap that is only monitoring the column that is not pulling through to try to isolate the issue and I get the same result - data is not coming through. I have also tried creating an intermediary “Find Sheet Row” step to pull the data but that wasn’t even able to recognise the Sheet and Row ID’s I entered which definitely were correct.

Bit stuck atm - anyone else experienced this?

Good news @Smasher, the bug has been fixed! 🎉

The issue was due to a limit on the number of columns the integration could retrieve when a sheet had more than 100 columns. The Smartsheet integration has since been updated so that all columns are now included by default, so your Zap should be pulling through all the fields correctly now.

Let us know if you run into anything else at all.

Thanks Fahad - I have read both of those posts already and they don’t seem to cover off on my specific issue.

Hi there @Smasher! 👋

I checked on our side and found a bug report that matches the issue you're describing with the Updated Row trigger missing data from certain fields. I can see our Support team has already added you to it, so you'll hear from us as soon as it's resolved.

Appreciate your patience in the meantime 🙏
