Facebook Lead Ads Trigger is Not Sending WhatsApp notifications

Hi everyone,

 

We set up a zap where we get whatsapp notifications whenever a facebook lead is triggered. However, we have stopped receiving notifications, and whats worse, whenever I try to “test” the step, I still do not even get a notification of the test step.

Is there any solution to this? None of the connections are expired and even the Zaps are being triggered as “successful”

I can see you also reached out to our Support team about this and were able to fix the Zap. For anyone that comes across this, here are the instructions our Support team shared on how to fix the connection to Facebook Lead Ads:

can you please take the following steps:

  1. Restore default access > confirm (and don't customize after)
  2. Add a NEW Facebook Lead Ads connection, and select it in the Zap
  3. Publish the Zap for the changes to take effect
