connect an ODK form to Zapier

I'm trying to connect an ODK form to Zapier to share data with a Google Sheets.

But configuring the ODK on Zapier is giving me errors.The account is successfully connected to Zapier and has permissions for the project and form.

The form already contains data, but Zapier tells me there is an account error or missing data in the form.Could you please help me solve this problem?

Looking at your screenshot, if you're on ODK Cloud Standard subscription. The problem? Zapier needs API access to see that "Data table" dropdown, and API access only comes with the Professional plan.

That's why your account connects fine and your form has data, but Zapier shows nothing – the API endpoints are locked on Standard.

Your fix: Email support@getodk.org and ask to upgrade to Professional. Once you do, your Data table should show up right away.

API access is a Professional feature – so on Standard, Zapier can authenticate but can't actually read your submission data.
