Auto upload new images to FTP folder

HiI don’t think this can be done - at least not without taking out another subscription with another company which we can’t afford.I would like a zap that will monitor a shared google folder, and each time a new image is copied there, it would upload it to an FTP address.Thanks for any thoughts.Ian

How do I directly trigger an email to one or another email address when the column (Area) is updated in Google Sheets?

Good morning everyone, I would like to ask the following. First some background We are currently using the connection Chatbot-Spreadsheet and Spreadsheet- Gmail. When a user fill the chatbot form, this information is collected in a Spreadsheet. At the same time, this information collected in a row is shared automatically via Gmail, in this case just to my email address. What we would like to set up is that, depending on one of the fields in the spreadsheet ('Area'), we would like to trigger an email to one or another email address directly. Is this something that can be done? I would need some help here. Thank you very much.

Hi, I'm completely new to this. I have a simple glide app which can trigger a call using a stored mobile number. But I want to directly dial the number, not take me to the dialer pad on an android phone. The number is populated, but is there a zap and app that can ring the number directly with the info stored in glide?

Hello I am creating a path rule based on an incoming text of 1 or 2.  I’ve tried a few options but I need to be able to determine the path based on a 1 or 2 response of an incoming text. However it either doesnt work. Or it will match 255, 525, 552 .. i just need it to match an exact 2 or 1.

Check a specific folder on BOX and get a link the newest Excel file in there?

Hi,We have a CRM which creates a new Excel spreadsheet on the 1st day of every month into a specific directory on BOX. It’s just a list of internal company contacts on a single sheet, but the CRM doesn’t delete the previous version, it simply adds a long random string to the end of the filename, so we end up with a growing collection:Adviser_List_vlkrcjhvgnshrnl.xlsxAdviser_List_fgvbnhjdsmmh.xlsxAdviser_List_gjfngjfgybdvgd.xlsx…. and so onMy question is, how can I get Zapier to identify the newest Excel file in there, and grab a link to that file, so I can send it out to our member list on Mailchimp? I would trigger the zap to do this once a month.I have no trouble creating the email part, and I can get Zapier to read the folder, I just don’t know how to target the newest excel file?Any help would be greatly appreciated.Mike

Hello, I wrote a web scraper in Apify and save the results as json in a dataset. Now I tried to create a photo post on Facebook via Zapier. Each Item in the dataset should be an own photo post. If the dataset contains only one item, this is no problem. But if there are more, Zapier tries to put all items into one photo post. Is it possible that Zapier can handle the item list and create for each item one post? Hope you can help me. Itfks

Is it possibe to pull event attendees from a different Airtable table?

I have two tables in Airtable: Meetings and Members. I’d like to create a new Google Calendar invite any time a Meeting record is created or edited[*]. I have that (mostly) working.The trouble is, I need the list of attendees to be populated from (a view within) the Members table.There doesn’t seem an easy way to do this, since the Zap seems to want everything to come from the same table (though that table seems to be numbered #1, so I’m hoping I can join Members as #2?I toyed with the idea of using an Automation to populate an Attendees column in every record in the Meetings table, but creating a lookup column of the emails in a multi-reference to Members column was foiled because I could not use that lookup column in the Attendees field in the Zap. It appear that it wants me to enumerate the attendees in the Zap?Is there something obvious (or clever, even) that I’m missing? I don’t really want to have to write a script that builds on these two APIs myself, since I feel like I’m SO CL

Questions on updating events in Google Calendar

Hi, new to zapier and had a few question about a flow where I update an event in google calendar after a new/updated row in Google sheets. Note, I have the eventIDs in my spreadsheet so I’m not planning to use the ‘Search’ action.What happens if my EventID column is blank? Does it create a new event as mapped or does it produce an error and skips that row? I have my ‘New or Updated Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets’ trigger set to only trigger when there’s a change in a specific column. Is this only for updates to existing rows? My understanding from the guides is that any new row, regardless if there’s a value in my specified column will trigger it.

I have a Zap “Webhook > Add an event in Google Calendar.I would like to set dynamically Google Calendar based on the datas sent via the webhook.I try to select Google Calendar Via Custom Tab and select Data (The Form Name is the same name as my Calendar) but I got an error: Google Calendar error message: Failed to create an update event in Google Calendar, the app returned "not found"Of course, when I manually set the google Calendar name, the zap works.I have multiple Google Calendar, so is it possible to use only one zap and set dynamically Google Calendar or do I have to duplicate zap for each Google Calendar?Best regards.

If you remove the contact from the list in HubSpot, will they will be removed from Mailchimp?

if say the trigger is whenever a new contact in a specific list in Hubspot is created, then it will go to Mailchimp. Then I also checked the option to update existing in the mailchimp part.Question: What if I want to make sure that its not only the newly added ones but also the deleted ones to be updated in Mailchimp? Say if I delete the previously added contact in that list connected to Mailchimp, will this current properties okay?  Will it also be deleted in Mailchimp?Is checking the ‘’update existing’’ option in Mailchimp okay, or shall I use another flow or trigger etc. Or what shall I do?

How can I add a newly created YouCanBook.Me contact from the booking to an existing Google Contact group?

I have an existing zap that adds a Google Contact when a booking is made through YouCanBookMe, it has been working well. I would like the option to also add the newly created contact from the booking to an existing Google Contact group - ‘SCC Clients’. I have seen the option to ‘add an existing contact to a contact group’ as an additional action, but this requires me to provide an existing name or email field or select from my contacts to be able to trigger, and I'm not sure how to link this to the newly created contact?

How do I pull the event address instead of the billing address when the event address differs from the billing address?

I am trying to configure my zap to pull in the correct address. We have all of the data from our booking system API. We are pulling orders from Checkfront into Workwave Route Manager. I can pull in the orders and map the billing address to be the address in Route manager however I want to add a step or function that says if “Event address is different from Billing address” is Yes then pull that address instead of the billing address.  Does anyone know if this is possible?

How can I pick the right data of a repeater field from a wordpress website that uses Formidable Forms?

I am using Zapier to connect a wordpress website that uses Formidable Forms to PDFMonkey. When a form is submitted, the data get sent to PDFMonkey via Zapier and a PDF is created and then sent away. I established the connection and everything works fine but a repeater field in the form is giving me the following challenge: I select the right data in Zapier to be sent away but the ID number of the repeater fields increases every time that the form is submitted. This doesn't happen with all the other fields, only with the fields inside the repeater. So you can see that Zapier doesn't recognise the data because the id of the field has changed.I posted a screenshot where you can see one of the repeater fields ("1_image_13"). This field has multiple data depending on how many "1_image_13" fields have been generated. The ID of each one of those is the following: "Rmz 0 M 123 50 G 5". "123" is the number that increases and it gets to "137" (15 fields max allowed), which is ok for one submissi

How do I create a search condition to exactly match the Zengine record's project ID?

I am working on setting up what should be a simple zap, but I’m running into a really frustrating issue. What I need to do is send data from a Google Sheet and have that data populate a form in Zengine. The zap should look like this:  Trigger: New or updated record in Google Sheet Find Record in Zengine (using a data field from the Google Sheet) Update Record in ZengineWhere I’m running into issues is with step 2. I need to locate the record based upon a project ID, which is a number field. When I try to enter that, I only get 2 options for number fields:  The problem with this is that I need a search condition that will allow me to search for a number that matches exactly. Using < or > is never going to work for this. But I cannot for the life of me figure out how to force Zapier to search for the exact record or find a workaround. Thoughts?

Connecting TicketSpice to Quickbooks

I am trying to connect TicketSpice sales  to Quickbooks Online in the hopes it will be easier to get the revenue into QBO. I have the following questions:I have most of the zap set up I think. I chose to have an order trigger a sales receipt. Is that the best option? I cannot find the field to populate “Line Amount” in the Actions. All I can find is the TOTAL of the whole order. Is this because I chose Order as the trigger or some other reason? How do the TicketSpice fees get dealt with? From what I see so far 100% of the sale is sent to Sales Receipt but we only receive the sales amount minus TicketSpice fees.

So, my idea is to automate a daily task.An Data-Output from a previous Zapier-Step has to be written to a Website. Thought about using a Scraper-Tool… The Tool has to login on the website, click two buttons and then put the Data into a input field and click another button.It´s easy to use browse.ai (4example) to extract Data from a webpage but I didn't find a solution with the tool for the other way around (input data to a page)…Any Ideas?Please excuse my bad english! Thanks 4 your help guys.
