Hi there,I am currently working on integrating Birdeye with Zoho CRM. My goal is to have a new lead created in our Birdeye account automatically added to Zoho CRM as a new lead. However, I've encountered some challenges in the Zoho steps.I was wondering if someone has experience with integrating any app with Zoho CRM. Hi. I need to send an email to 14,000 people. I’m using Zapier because each person needs their own unique email. I am using google sheets to store the data (Name, Email address, unique content)I am using an Office 365 account to send the emails I would like Zapier to send 100 emails per 10 minutes though instead of trying to send them all at once. I have tried putting a send time on the spreadsheet but Zapier doesn’t seem to talk to Google Sheets frequently enough for this and it was trying to send several batches at once. Anyone know how I do this? Thanks
Hi all,In Ecwid we sell individual products and “kits” made up of products. When an order is placed, the stock quantities on the platform adjust automatically. I want to send the new stock quantities from Ecwid to Google Sheets to do some data manipulations (to adjust the quantities of the products in kits) and then send the new quantities back to Ecwid.How do I create a zap that updates the stock quantities in Google Sheets based on an order from Ecwid? Please reply YES to this e-mail and we’ll make sure you stay connected.So I was doing a Zap based on the G-Mail subject but then I also want to check that they wrote yes then it would apply a tag in my Drip E-mail.Because I have the word yes in the main e-mail which they are replying to I can’t just say “content includes YES”. I need it to be the first word of this e-mail is YES.I’m pretty confident that Gmail filter doesn’t allow it but want about E-Mail parser or something?Also open to other strategies!
The out-of-box Dynamics 365 App does not have the Trigger Event I need which is "Work Order is Updated". Work Order is an out-of-box entity in Dynamics 365 (not custom). According to the Help doc, I can request it - but where? Does the PREMIUM version of Zapier provide this trigger event? Can a non-Zapier developer add an event? I was not able to find documentation on this If neither are viable - I read that we could use a Webhook. Do you have any thoughts on this? Is there another app available for Dynamics 365? I’m experimenting with an online course built in Interfaces. I’m realizing (a bit late) that Interfaces may be an abandoned project, as direct help queries aren’t being addresses within 1 week, and “office hours” have been suspended since September.My question isn’t too exotic. I’d like to restrict access to the course to users with permission, based on email. Interfaces allows you to manually enter/delete one record at a time for this purpose.Is it possible to upload eligible users into the table, or synch with a table in Google Sheets? Or am I stuck manually adding/deleting one record at a time? As best as I can tell (given that no documentation exists), they way course access would work is: (1) a prospective user enters their email on a login page; (2) for a permitted user (exists in Interface instance’s users list), a 6-digit code is sent by email for use in logging in. I am looking at doing something a little different, I currently have a sheet get populated every 15 minutes with data to create a feed into slack, this works great as it gets triggered by the new lines (after a script deletes the previous input) and it broadcasts the data every 15 minutes. Within that data is information I want to broadcast only once a day, I am approaching this with a different zap but once I set up a schedule I am stumped how to pick the data (from a whole specific sheet) without using a ‘new row/entry’ trigger. I’m trying to set up a zap to send new leads from Meta to Privyr. This is the CRM used by our client (I work for an agency). They have anothe client doing some other work for them who is also gathering leads and apparently is also using Zapier to send them into the CRM. When I tried to set up the zap, the access token wouldn’t work. Could this be because it is already in use by the other agency? Or can multiple accounts use the same access token? And if not, are there any workarounds we can use?

Hello, I am looking for a professional to fix an issue with some of my Zaps triggering multiple times (sometimes up to 20). I have tried this fix without success. As you can see by the screenshot here the Zap is triggering multiple times at the exact same time and draining my Zap allowance in the process. Zapier support have been unable to fix the issue and have kindly declined my request to reimburse the wasted Zaps. Thank you

Hi Team, We’re attempting to capture the GCLID from a gravity form submission on our WordPress site so that we can associate it with the lead to track offline conversion data for our Google Ads campaigns. The lead comes through Marketo and is then synced to Salesforce, but we’re having trouble capturing the GCLID once the form is submitted. I think we can create a zap that will sync the form submission GCLID from Google Analytics into Marketo, which will then sync it to the lead record in Salesforce. But, I haven’t quite figured it out yet. Does anyone have any recommendations for this? Or perhaps, a better way to capture the GCLID and associate it with the lead in Marketo? Thanks so much
When adding the action “Create a ClickUp task” and setting all its fields, I can’t assign it to a team/group from my workspace, even by adding its id. I can only assign the task to a specific user. Is there any work around within Zapier without using ClickUp automations after the Zap is triggered? Is it planned to get this option soon?Thank you,
How do I extract the contact email from JIRA Issue Back to HubSpot Workflow after HubSpot Form Submission?
Hi there! Hoping someone might be able to help. I’m trying to automate the following:Contact fills in a HubSpot Form, then Form information is zapped into JIRA as an issue. Person manually moves the issue to a “Complete” status Contact email (within JIRA Issue from the original form submission) is placed in a HubSpot WorkflowI’ve managed to get the first part automated (HubSpot form into JIRA Issue) but I want to be able to have the contact email that is in the body of the JIRA issue (from filling in the HubSpot Form) be zapped back to HubSpot and into a workflow. I can’t seem to figure out how to extract the email from the Issue in JIRA to send back to HubSpot. Any ideas?
