Hello @dgarner  Use SentinelOne to send alerts via webhook or email, then create a ticket in Atera.

Setup:
Trigger: Webhooks by Zapier Catch Hook or Email by Zapier New Inbound Email
Action: Atera Create Ticket

Map alert details into the ticket fields

You can set up a Zap where the trigger is your alert source and the action is Atera – Create Ticket. Map the alert details (like subject, description, and priority) to the Atera ticket fields so each alert automatically generates a ticket.

Hey @dgarner,

I don’t think SentinelOne has a native integration with Zapier. But there is a workaround by using Webhooks in Zapier.

You probably will have to use Singularity XDR Webhook . You can access that from the marketplace in SentinelOne. You will have to paste the Webhooks URL from Zapier while configuring this.

Here is a helpful article about setting up Webhooks in Zapier- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496083355661-How-to-get-started-with-Webhooks-by-Zapier

Your workflow will look like this-

  • Catch Hook trigger
  • Create Ticket action

This is a sample workflow and you may need to add extra actions like Filter, Formatter etc as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps!

Hi there @dgarner 👋

How did you get on with the approaches suggested by drtanvisachar, Hassaan Khan and Sparsh? Were you able to get a Zap setup to trigger on the SentinelOne alerts and create tickets in Atera?

Let us know whether you got this sorted, or could do with some more help here!
