I have a client that wants to integrate AppFolio into GohighLevel. AppFolio is a rental property management platform that helps for candidates that are looking for properties, sourcing, leasing, and the like, and documentation. So is it's open to transfer every conversation and everything else in queries down into GHLevel. It is possible.

I don’t think AppFolio is directly supported in Zapier but there is a workaround by directly quering the AppFolio API using Webhooks in Zapier action.
