Integrating AppFolio with GoHighLevel for property management communication

I don’t think AppFolio is directly supported in Zapier but there is a workaround by directly quering the AppFolio API using Webhooks in Zapier action. AppFolio doesn’t offer a native integration with GoHighLevel, but you can sync key data like leads, tenant inquiries, form submissions, and communication updates by using webhooks or API-based triggers.

A common approach is:

• AppFolio → Webhook / Zapier trigger

• Zapier → GoHighLevel (create/update contact, trigger workflows, log conversations)

This allows property managers to centralize communication, automate follow-ups, and manage leasing workflows inside GoHighLevel while still using AppFolio as the core property management system.
