I need to connect the slack and the custom GPT to get questions and answers. How can I do that?

You can do this with Zapier by using Slack as the trigger and OpenAI as the action.

A new Slack message or mention triggers the Zap, the message is sent to OpenAI, and the response is posted back to Slack as a reply.

Custom GPTs can’t be connected directly yet, but you can recreate the same behavior by adding your instructions and prompt logic in the OpenAI action.
