Boards in Use: Apartments Master Log and Rates Tracker

Unique Identifier for Items: Apartment ID

When Item in Apartments Master Log Status changes to ‘Countersigned - Renewal’ then the lease end date column in the connected item in rates tracker, active group, will copy and paste into the rates tracker, pending group with the same item. Keep in mind the rates tracker has the same item 3 times. One in expired, one in active and one in pending. So its important the changes happen with the right items.
