Hi, I have onCarrot (AKA InvestorCarrot) and am capturing a lead into my CRM, MojoSells. The trouble is like every good funnel, I have a basic form and then a more information form. The basic form captures their address, email, and phone number. If they hit submit it takes them to a more expanded form that most people fall out of the lead, but many will fill that one out too. This is creating two records. I need the second form to simply update the first, but the submission key is changing between form fill outs. How can this be accomplished so I stop getting duplicate records?
Hello, I have a support ticket open with Zapier, however they appear to be stumped on this one, as is our IT department. I have created 3 spreadsheets (excel) within a Sharepoint site, in a folder. I then have a zap picking up form submissions (3 different ones), and adding a new row into the spreadsheets. Basic stuff really. It works perfectly well apart from on occassion, the zap fails to do it first time around and returns an error of ‘can’t find that resource’. If I hit the replay button it works fine. Has anyone else run into this one? There doesn’t appear to be any fixes I can see, and I am not sure if it is a permissions issue in Sharepoint on these files, or whether I am asking too much of Zapier, which would be really disappointing. This is what I am trying to do, create an appointment in acuity that includes mileage. This isn’t possible on acuity (from what I can tell) but I have a zap that updates our client database when someone books, so I am wondering if I can have a zap create an invoice that adds the mileage for an appointment. Currently we use paypal to invoice. Does anyone have any experience setting something like this up? I appreciate any tips!
Hi, I am new to Zapier and I am trying to create a Zap that connects my subscription billing platform (Chargebee) with my email through Microsoft Outlook. I have the links all setup and I am trying to put together an html email. I have selected ‘HTML’ format next to the MS Outlook box in the ‘Body Format’ but how is the actually Body content formatted? I need to set the font type, colors, add bullet point and an hmtl email signature. All of this is required to maintain the company branding standards. Does this need to be inline CSS? I was hoping to just paste in already formatted content. Apperciate any help or guidance on how to format the Body when the Body Format is set to html. Thank you, Wayne Weeks

Hello Community, I have a Problem. I am currently working for a Project where I have to manage the Email Marketing Part. My task is that I have to adjust a system based on the responses in Typeform. Unfortunately, I don’t know excactly how to adjust the Zapier Filter, which allows me to continue with the Email process. The email which has to be sent is only based on a “No” Answer. But unfortunately, I’ve tested to much and Active Campaign doesn’t send this email though, while testing, I am answering with “No” to this specific question. My question is, if somebody can help me with this problem. Maybe with Zoom as well, because I think this Problem can be fixed within Minutes. I would be delighted if somebody can help me!
Collapse path **without** deleting the whole thing (sorry can’t edit title or delete and re-post ) I have a Zap with a Path - 2 paths. I have decided I no longer need the path and would like to collapse into one. If I get rid of paths, it deletes everything after the initial path split. My preference is to delete one branch and retain the other, with no path logic. Is this possible? Feels very basic. A workaround is to put arbitrary path logic that will always be true, so I don’t have to rebuild the whole thing. Would prefer a real solution if it’s possible.
I have a a zap adding data to a Google spreadsheet in columns A through F. Columns G through J contain formulas that are dependant on the data that come in from the zap. Until now, I have been autofilling the formulas in clolums G throguh J manually every day. If the formulas are already there, zapier wil skip the rows. How canI have zapier populate the empty cells with the rest of the row occupied. Thanks
Hello! I need help with something that I think is easy to solve but I still haven't got it. I created a zap between Mighty Networks and Gmail. When a new member joins Mighty Networks, I want to send an automatic personalized email from the company's gmail to this new member. Only the zap asks me to enter the “to: anyone@gmail...”. But I just want gmail to send to ANY MEMBER that joins, so it makes no sense for me to insert the “to” or “cc” email. Could anyone help me with this? I am having difficulty because there is no option to use Zapier in Brazilian Portuguese. It's a little urgent. Thank you!
Wondering if Zappier has an integration with any Australian banks to originate bank transfers The scenario I am thinking of is to maintain a google spreadsheet that can track amounts and bank accounts. Based on this Zappier should be able to originate the transfer If this doesnt exist out of the box, any hacks others have put together using other tools. NB: If Zappier members see this, would be nice to have integration with Tyro
I’m sending pictures uploaded to Contact Form 7 to Outlook to save the attachments in Google Drive. Contact Form 7 not available in Zapier. When I choose Outlook as the Trigger, it’s going to run the zap on every new Email. I only want the ones with a particular subject line. Any way to do that?
Hi everyone, We have a Zap set up that is used as a log for creating ‘report cards’. We are hooked up to SharpSpring and whenever a certain task happens that generates a ‘report card’ with CRM custom field data on it, it creates a new row. The zap is as follows: Catch Hook Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets I have it all set up so the google sheet is updated and working with all the current custom field information. For example we Have first name, last name, email, job titles, etc. These are all column headers in Google SHeets and are mapped to the fields in SharpSpring. We have a new column header/custom field we want to add to this log. I realize that all previous rows added to the spreadsheet would have this blank, but moving forward we need to this field logged too. From this screenshot you can see how I have already mapped some custom field data to put inserted as part of the row. I can’t figure out how to add a new field in here. How do I add a new custom fieldn
Is there a way to return the created event ID and Cal ID back to my app without adding a third level? Currently the app will post data using web hook to Zapier, this will use this data to insert the Gcal event, I want the app to then return the response of the created Gcal event back to the App to then be able to edit said event later.
I have a file coming from a EDI system daily in the form of a csv file. I want to use it in Power BI Services. This works locally and personally however when I publish the Power BI report online in Power BI Services and attempt to refresh the report that has both SQL and this CSV file I get sync (refresh errors) just for the CSV. So I want to send the file to a SQL Server Database Table daily (once at about 7am) from the MS OneDrive for Business csv file. the file is new every day and always the same name: HCOInv.csv. So does Zapier support this and how difficult is it to setup?
