HiI am a complete newby hereIn Zapier setting up FB SMS leads with ClickSendI have my ClickSend ph number i purchased but i am not sure where to enter it into my zapDoes it go in the ACTION, MESSAGES, TO of the ClickSend action ? That doesn't really make sense.I may be confused as to how this all worksI want to be sending SMS messages to my FaceBook leads they fill out on FB Formnot to the number i purchased at ClickSend so each message sent out will be to a different number (i think ?)So please explain how i work with each number, ie purchased ClickSend number and FB lead form numberThanks
Hello,Do you know any way of searching for a contact in Streak and then if the contact exists getting the key of the Box that the contact is in? Find a contact in Streak, isn’t giving me the box key and if I use the Find a box in Streak function, I can search by the name of the contact the was found using the Find a contact in Streak, but the variable name there oddly it means the box name not the contact’s that was found.Thank you.
Hi! Sorry in advance for the dead-end form post but seeking some sort of direction if anyone can shed some light on contacting support without having to pay to contact support.I don’t know where else to look. I have submitted a request to Customer support and its been over 48hrs. I normally would not turn to a form to seek these answers but i don’t know where else to go. The automated zendesk response says I should expect an answer within 24hrs and it’s been closer to 48hrs with no response. I’ve just replied to the automated message and submitted a second ticket on the matter. This matter does involve a billing issues which is may be trival to zapier but it is significant to my bank account. Any advice or experience on realistic expectations of response time? I’m beginning to worry that they take you money and don’t care. Thank in advance.

I’m new to Zapier, so apologies of this is really obvious.I’ve just set up my first Zap, connecting Calendly to Google Sheets. I can pull through individual events to a specific google sheets workbook (tab), but is it possible to pull through multiple events to one sheet?Not all events are the same or have the same Calendly questions, for example Zapier is asking me to input “enter text or data” for none relevant google sheet cells, as the google header cells are not relevant for that event… hope that makes sense!?To put the above in more context, we have two Calendly consultation booking, one for our showroom in Manchester and one in London. We also have a collection event where people can book in to collect their purchase… as the collection event doesn’t have all the detailed Calendly info a showroom booking has, I’m not sure what to input in Zapier.Thanks,Phil
How do I create a workflow to Circle community registrations with HubSpot CRM and Omnisend for email campaigns?
I am using the Circle Communities platform, hubspot CRM and Omnisend.And I need some input as I’m trying to build out a workflow that accomplishes the following tasks:1. Whenever a new person registers for the Circle community… a) that person's information to be added to our Hubspot CRM, and b) I need the user info to then be added to a segment or tag within omnisendOnce the user has been added to omnisend it will then kick off email workflow/drip campaign with separate emails going out 1, 3, 7, 10 and 14 days after they register for the communityI’ve been banging my head against this for 48 hours and am hoping someone has some input to help guide me on this a bit
I am trying to make a Google Drive app extension that grants viewing permissions to a user, and sends them a message along the drive email notification (the one that says “x has shared a file with you”). However, I am having a hard time figuring out how to have the plain body input option to write that text. Another option would have been a static dropdown with pre-written messages, but they don't seem to support phrases. Putting spaces between words there just yields a blanket error. I would appreciate help in this matter!Thank you!

Hello, we’re using a 3rd party shipping software (Shippo) to purchase shipping labels from Shopify orders. I have an integration between Shopify and Shippo where when a label is purchased, Shippo adds the tracking number to Shopify and a tracking number is auto emailed to the customer. Great, works perfectly. Where I need to expand on this is for orders where we are shipping more than 1 package for a single order. I’d like to automatically compile those tracking numbers into a row. I have a zap that is triggered each time a label is purchased in Shippo. My idea is that maybe each tracking number is sent to google sheets or airtable as a new cell (column) in a row, with column A in that row being the order number. Zap 1: When order is created in Shopify, add a new row to google sheets with the order number populating column A. Hey Guys, Hope you are all doing great. I’ve hit a bum in the road whilst doing some work for a client and would be great to hear you if you can help. So, Im creating a directory in Glide apps. When a new user comes onto the app and creates a listing they fill out this form : They enter theirProduct Name Product Description Image PriceOnce they submit this form this zap runs : The idea is that the values from Glide will set the details for the product, this will then trigger another action that creates the price for that product. However it Keeps saying in the Zap history it stopped because it theres no such product as - “Whatever the product name is”. So I put a delay of 1 minute incase it takes some time to create but hit the same error. Would be great if someone could help out! Regards Mitch Francis

We have a special situation and are curious if there is a workaround to reduce the amount of zap runs.An external party sends out a webhook, with a lot of information about a deal.Zapier does trigger on this webhook. 95% of the time it's only a 1 time trigger, but sometimes this deal is updated continously in the first 60 minutes. This can be as much as like 50 times. If this is the case (like say 50 times) actually only the last trigger contains all the info we need. We could trigger this zap for 50 times and update the deal with all the new information, but this is somehow a overload on information where we know the first 49 times that this is somehow a waste of using of the resources. We know there is an option to set a queue for zap runs if the other has been passed, but this is only postpone all the runs after the first one - and is not ideal for this job.Is there a way to hold this first run - wait for about an hour - see if there are any other webhooks in the queue (that are fil

Hello, I am wondering how to automate the process of updating sharing links for OneDrive files located within one folder and secured by unique passwords. These files are located in corporate OneDrive and shared with external users using option "share the link with anyone", so I need to adhere to the following rules:a) The sharing link for each file needs to be refreshed every 30 days to remain active.b) Whenever I update the sharing settings of a file, the shared file link should remain identical to the previous one. (Each file already has its unique link, so I can only modify the sharing settings related to the link's duration.)c) Each file has its own unique password, which cannot be altered each time the sharing settings are updated - password has to be exactly the same as the previous one.Could you guide me if there is a possibility to simply automate this process using advanced options of Zappier? Hi, we have a private contact form which mortgage advisers can submit information. This info needs to go to several people. I use web hooks to gather the data and compile an email to be sent via gmail. All good.Here’s the odd bit, the list of recipients occasionally changes. So, I have created a list of recipients in a google sheet, which can be accessed and modified by the admin staff. When the form is submitted, I need the zap to send the info to the email addresses listed on the sheet. Is this possible?

I am using their test account before I dive in and buy it. I am testing a zap that will send a message to a user who schedules a consult on our Kartra website. Zapier pulls this extraneous info from a calender and I dont quite understand where it is getting it from, but I see the number isnt a Verified Number. So I put mine in, making sure the country code is correct. No dice. Says the number isnt a valid number. Adding the country code in the number gives me an error that says: Failed to create a send sms in TwilioThe app returned "The 'From' number TLC Law Office is not a valid phone number, shortcode, or alphanumeric sender ID."Ive tested the number and it sends messages both through Kartra and through Twilio. What is Zapier misreading here?
I need to transfer specific custom questions I have on my Wix lead from to a jobber request form. The two forms have identical questions and are in the same line up. I can get the trigger from wix to work, find/create a client on jobber, and also get it to create the jobber request form. The form is missing all the custom field information. Looking for some guidance on getting the custom question information to transfer over to the jobber request form. I’m missing a zap step or something, I’ve tried researching but I’m struggling to find the info I need. Thank you!
Hey team, I’m an freelance expert in Zapier and automation. I have a zap that is supposed add a tag in Systeme.io. It seems that the Zap works, but in Systeme.io it doesn’t save the Tag added on the contact.I saw a similar thread here: and I think this bug is still not resolve from the Zapier team. Could you confirm and take care of this please?
